Problem: I have one ListBox and One FileListBox.What's the VB code that when I click on an item from the ListBox to open and see the content of an FileListBox of a certain folder.
How can I make this program that when I click on an item from Grupuri listbox (analiza, escl, esa, media, intrari), to open in the fisierele de transmis filelistbox and also in fisiere receptionate filelistbox the coresponding folders of rec and trs.
For instance: If I click Analiza from grupuri, in fisiere de transmis filelistbox will open/show the content of d: rsanaliza folder and in fisiere receptionate filelistbox will open/show the content of d: ecanaliza folder.
If I click Media from grupuri, fisiere de transmis filelistbox will open/show the content of d: rsmedia folder and in fisiere receptionate filelistbox will open/show the content of d: ecmedia folder.
Until now I have the following

I've been pondering upon my idea on how to create/update a text file using each item in a listbox as lines, but I fail each time. I've searched this forum as well as my friend, Google. Still nothing.
I am reading a txt file and displaying the contents into a listbox but it generates an empty listbox item at the bottom of the listbox. I am splitting the textfile each time it finds a new line in the txt file; .Split(vbNewLine) The problem there is always a blank line in the txt file at the end and so generates a blank list item. How can I remove this blank list item from the listbox? Is it best to try to remove the blank line from the txt file first or the empty list item from the listbox after the file has been read?
I made a program in Visual Basic 6.0 and am trying to convert it to vb.net.so i am at the stage where the program needs to load the Access file and populate the listbox according to which radio button i chose.

Let's say, when you click a button it just opens a specified .txt file and adds the data of it to a listbox. I mean automatically, without that file opening dialog showing?
How someone would select an item from a list box and click a button and have that item go into another listbox with it's price? I seem to be stuck on this part.
Here's my code:
I want to select the first option from the first listbox and I want to put it into another listbox along with the price of that item on the same line in the listbox. I can't seem to figure out how to that.

Is it possible to select an item in one listbox and then display the data of another listbox with the same indexed position? I am planning a project and this is something I would like to attempt but I haven't figured out how to do it.[code..]

I have 2 listboxes on my form.Listbox 1 - populated with "available" field namesListbox 2 - populated with "selected" field names. There cannot be the same field name in both listboxes - it's either one of the other. The logic I was going to apply was to populate Listbox 1 with every field name ... and then as I populated Listbox with the field names which the user has already selected, remove the corresponding item from Listbox 1.
