Label Texts And Image In The Picturebox ?

I have a panel on a form in which I have two labels and a small picturebox. The label texts and image in the picturebox are changed from time to time program matically. I would like to have where a user can click anywhere in the panel to bring up another form, but I have not been able to make it work. Since the labels are I guess "above" the panel, if the user clicks on the label itself, it does not trigger the panel onclick event.

When adding an image to my form i can see it in the editing mode but after execution no not all images some ones display and others no it is really weird even if they have the same type png or jpg

i'm trying to get a label to have 2 colors.ex. of label text: now editing: (written as the set color) trujade.html (in a new font color) that way, if i'm editing, let's say a css file, and i have have the .css file extension in a different color format from the .html extension, i can easily notice if i'm editing a html or a css file just by looking at the file name color.

I am creating an application for a point of sale in a bar in which I have a form (frmTransactions) where there are some radio buttons to be selected (main groupbox), each radio button is exclusive, and some combo boxes in the second groupbox to be ticked, which are instead not exclusive.In this form I created a 'Print Invoice' button which opens the form invoice (frmInvoice) and there are some labels that display the text shown on the transactions form; although I managed to do fairly easily the part regarding the customers details I am now finding some difficulties with the part regarding the transactions selected.[code]...

I have an application I am creating that displays pump information based on customers in a database. I am using VB2008 .NET3.5.I have a combobox that has a selection for a unit of measure. What I want to happen is when that is changes the labels that have a unit of measure change to reflect the change. There are 15 labels total that need to be changed and all there names are the only ones in the project that start with a X if that helps at all. I would like to avoid creating a bunch of labels and changing the visible property and just change the text value of each one.

I drew an image in a picturebox with the image height as picturebox height and image width as picturebox width. The image is placed somewhere on the center of the picturebox. My intention is to scale the image to fit to the picturebox.

I have a program I'm working on that, for one of the features, allows the user to drag an image from a picturebox, into the main form space, anywhere they want. [code]...
When trying to drag the image from the CurrentTilePicBox, the very moment I move the mouse while dragging the cursor becomes a circle with a cross and won't drag and drop into the new picturebox.

I have a Picturebox and a two Buttons on my Form. On click of one of the buttons I want to change the image in the picture box at runtime.
This works fine when I give the location of the image (the full path ) on my computer - but then of course it will not work if I use the solution on a different computer .
So I have made a folder named "Pics" inside my application and added two images into it.
How do I get to this local folder in the following code?
Picturebox1.image = system.drawing.image.fromfile (??? )
instead of the usual,
Picturebox1.image = system.drawing.image.fromfile ("C:UsersMyName My PicturesMyPicture.jpg" )

I'm trying to update pictures boxes with images of controls stored in an imagelist owned by a control. The images stored in the control.imagelist do not showup in the picturebox. I'm trying to create a bunch of labels during runtime that will be "inside" a picture box, so when I move them, if their new coordinates are outside the box's dimensions they wont display, or if they're right on the edge of the box only half the label will be visible etc.
I thought label.Parent = picturebox would work but it doesn't seem to do anything, and Google keeps telling me to set the label's container to the picturebox - which sounds right, but maybe it's no longer a VB.NET thing since the Container property seems to be Read Only.

I have a small picturebox(34x34 pixels) and want to have a transparent label(maybe 12x12 or 15x15 pixels) in the corner of it, which will be used as a counter.
I saw another forums suggesting adding the PictureBox as a parent to the Label, like this:
Label1.Parent = PictureBox1
Label1.BackColor = Color.Transparent
But then the label just disappears, and no text is displayed.

Any way to remove this problem I have in VB2010. I've done a picture box, where you can draw lines by clicking with your mouse. There is a label running along with the mouse pointer, but every time the cursor moves over the line, the label removes the line under it. I've tried setting transparent background to the label.
