I am attempting to remove information from an html file, using known 'tags' (not html tags, just short sequences that only occur where my information is). My code worked fine until part of one tag was on a seperate line. Here's the function I have been using: (OriginalString conatins the HTML file)

I am making a basic form that has 1 button and a rich text box.I need to click on the button and have it call a random line from 3 text documents (so 3 lines total) and place them in the rich text box, each on a different line.

I am working on a UDP Client/Server, and currently i have them sending back and forth strings, which i convert to bytes, and then open the bytes to read. I want to now send an Object instead of those strings, which includes multiple unsigned integers and strings.

All I am trying to achieve by find the value using with the matches which come next equals, something is like: "Address=Whateveritgoeshere". When I open my application I can write stuffs and then it will save it to my hosting/server. Then, the application will read the text which I already save.. So far, I can only make the application read it by using WebBrowser control and navigating it to a specified URL. Unfortnately, I cannot get it to work for more than one file.
System.Environment.GetCommandLineArgs() contrains the following:
System.Environment.GetCommandLineArgs(0) = name and path to the .exe
System.Environment.GetCommandLineArgs(1) = name and path to the first file selected to be opened
System.Environment.GetCommandLineArgs().Length is 2 when the user tries to open 1 file, which makes sense since the first argument is the .exe itself and the 2nd is the path to the file, but it does not increase to 3 if the user tries to open 2 files... meaning that System.Environment.GetCommandLineArgs(2) is never populated Here is some sample code that shows the problem: It will recognize no files or 1 file being opened, but if you try to open multiple it will only show the first.

I'm developing an app for WP7 and Win7 that will get info extracted directly from particular websites. The app will download the HTML source and parse through it to find the required strings. The strings may not have tags. note multiple instances of the string needs to be found. I've tried a few very rudimentary ways, and although they work, they are extremely slow.

The Trouble Is I can't figure out how to get the reader to read that multi-line element. I know the writer is writing it in multi-line, but the read just squashes the lines together. I'm creating a dance mat game and I have a text file of the steps that should be taken to get a perfect score and a text file of the actual steps taken by the user. Each text file contains a time stamp and a binary value indicating which arrow was stepped on. I'm using streamreader and streamwriter to write and read the text files.

I've got my self in to a pickle here.I'm trying to do something I used to do in basic? At-least I think you can do this in Basic, you know Qbasic,What I'm trying to do is put 4-8 strings on to one line separated by a comma.Example might be:

I am looking for a control to load text strings into. I want to be able to use different font sizes and perhaps font styles for each text string. I also want to be able to select each text string. I am using a rich text box to obtain the formatting I need but I don't know how to set this up so that I can select each test string independantly. Alternatively I coulg put them into a DataGridView and get rid of the lines but this would look to structured as the cell width is contant for each cell in the DataGridView.

I have a website that has highly granulised access and hence requires many web.config files. The problem is I would like to trim the menu so that only certain users will have access to certain folders. I have enabled trimming and setup roles in the sitemap, however when I access the page the menu is not show, as I am authorized to view the default page which is not in a subfolder. When I type the url of a page in sub folder's I have access.
How should I handle this:
A site map for each web.config file - don't know how this will work Removing the sub web.config file to only use a single one
