In my form I have a text box (txtJobNo) , a Find button and a dtagridview to display the record for a unique JobNumber. Everything works fine to retrieve data, my problem is the display part in the datagrid view, it replaced the first record. I have a Datatable where i added data from textbox when i want to edit selected datatable rows from gridview to eidit these values will be showing in their respected fields but when i click update button the only first row in gridview will be updated either i select first row or any other row in gridview for editing whereas i want to update the selected rows data. In other words, i have made it so that it saves twice. Once for the user to read (like a fancy copy) and another that the program uses to open up the form.
Currently when pushed, 2 save dialog boxes come up after each other. I don't want this to happen. I want 1 to come up (the user friendly, fancy version) which is the easy part, but i also want the other 1 to save automatically and secretly without asking the user to set the destination.
in my form i have 4 textboxes and i want all not to be empty while saving the data.I have put condition in save button,when user presses the save button to save data, to check all the textboxes not to be empty. My question is that, i want to focus to that particular textbox which is empty during saving the data.

I've been trying to get this to work and it looks like I can't do it based on the answer to the previous question. But can someone explain why this is the case? The table itself can be returned in the post-back but the only rows present are the rows that were part of the table when it was sent to the browser originally - it does not include the rows added by the browser.there was a way to include these new rows in the post-back, the same as any client-side user input?

The above code was originally written in VS2003 to retrieve and display data from Access 03 database, and runs without error. In VS2010, this code is throwing a "Command Text was not set for the Command Object" error and points to the last line as the source of the error.

I'm running a survey to count how many times a user clicks the left mouse button. But the mouse click applies outside of the form, even applies to clicking start or other locations of the of the PC when the form has been minimized with a NotifyIcon. I know how to count the mouse clicks within a form but not outside the form. Somehow I feel I need to use a timer event but need it to apply outside the form. The timer tick event doesn't have a e.button event or mouse down event or mouse click for that matter. Whats a good way to get this function to apply outside the form?

Here's the problem I have. I want a message box to pop up if no dice are selected and the user clicks the roll button. So far the only way I have been able to accomplish this is to put the same code under each radio button:
