The remarked area works fine when I'm accessing a specific table. I've successfully inserted the products_model field into the combobox too. The datagridview does show the table names in the db using the SHOW TABLES sql statment, but I'm not understanding how to get this info into the combobox instead.

Table structures:
Employees: EmployeeId(PK) , FirstName, LastName
CafeLogs: LogId (PK), CashierId, EmployeeId, Value, => CashierId and EmployeeId are the data from column EmployeeId of Empoyee table
Table relationship:
Employees 1:N CafeLogs (CashierId (FK))

RowSpan On A Table Created Dynamically Located Inside Another Table?
Apr 24, 2009I'm writing a scheduling program that queries a MySQL database for today's appointments and uses a Table Layout Panel with employees on the top and times on the left to display the schedule. I am trying to add another table ontop of that table for each appointment and set the rowspan of that dynamic table to occupy the time slot of that appointment from start to finish.ll the appointments appear in the dynamic table and each dynamic table appears in the appropriate starting positions in the main table. When you are designing GUI's and put a Table within a table, you get a RowSpan and ColumnSpan option for that inner table. The problem I'm having is the dynamic tables are not giving me a RowSpan option, which I believe is because it was created using code and doesn't know that it's inside another table.Here is part of the code... This code is inside loops for each appointment of each employee

I put a TableLayoutPanel on a form and inside the Table I put textboxes. Outside the table there is a button. The whole point of the program is so that the user inputs numerical values inside the textboxes and then hits the button and the answer comes out in another textbox. But its not working. It worked when I didn't put my textboxes inside the TableLayoutPanel.[code]...

Aug 6, 2009I have a class that add extra information about a column for linq2sql (see code below) right now, I have to explicitly tell what column I want that info on, how would you put that code with a loop on every column in every table from a dbml file? I was doing my test on a very very small DB, now I have to implement it on a much more bigger database and I really don't want to do it manually for every tables/columns it will take hours.

The above does not work. However, the following does:

I am pretty sure it was working in th past (I have recently switched to VS 2010 - could this have anything to do with it?) but it is not working now.

Since i already have the 1st table adapter the second does not appear as easy as the second (dragn the data set over).

Apr 4, 2011I am using vb 2005 and I am trying to use a radiobutton to call .dbf (or .xml...I have both) file which contains only 2 values. The Value I would like to obtain is in A2. This cell contains a value that is about 8 to 10 digits past the decimal (I don't see that as an issue as of yet).
