Make A Button To Send You To 1 Form If You Have A File And Another Form If You Dont Have That File?

i have my code until now,like a set-up file.First when i click on my button it sends me to the form with the setup steps,when in setups it is copying a identical file into the startup menu.I want my button to check if i have that file into the startup folder,if i dont have it to send me to the setup if i have it to send me to the form with the program.I must mention that there are 2 forms,the setup form and the form with the program.Until now i tried this,but it dosent work so well...

Checks,if i dont have the copy-cat of this file it sends me to the setup where it is copying the file.And if i have the copy-cat in the startup folder then send me to the other form:).
How can I make a program so you click a button and select a File using a OpenFileDialog and click send on your computer and it will send the file to a different computer and then a SaveFileDialog will show asking where to save the file on the other computer. Oh ya I cant use WinSock or whatever becuase im using Windows Vista 64 Bit. I need it because I for some reason cant use printer sharing. It might be because im on A 64bit Vista Machine and I want to print a file off of a 32bit XP Home Machine.
I need to make a save button. The user will work in main form. User also has Settings in the MenuStrip, when the user clicks Settings a new form will open. There user has ability to make changes that will affect the Main form. This is the code:

This is the change that the user will be able to do that will affect the Main form, but I'm not really sure how to make that the CheckBox1 will be saved when the user clicks it and the clicks OK button. I also want to know how to make a cancel button.
I'm trying to make a login form thats opened by a button. I know how to make the button open a new form but I want the form to have a admin login,guest login and a new user button that only a logged in admin can open, it should also have a 'only admins can create new users' type messagebox. If your still understanding me I also want it to stay in the file, like you press the login button and it brings you up to the page. I don't know if it could have account control like user from limited to admin.
I am creating a visual basic program, which acts as a very simple GUI for another program. I have built the whole Visual Basic project, but I am unable to do one part, the most important part you could say. I have a button (button1) on a form, when the button is clicked, I want it to run a program, named 'mover.exe' which is located in the SAME FOLDER that my visual basic program will run from. The directory of this folder will change. So, there are two problems I have:
1 - To make the program run the .exe program when button1 is clicked (it also must be run with administrative privileges). 2 - To make the program always look for 'mover.exe' in the folder in which it is started from.
I have a problem.. every program i make in VB.net 2008 express wont start on my friends PC or any other except for mine laptop and mine PC... Instead, they get the "Send/Dont send" error...

Im trying to send data from a Windows Form to an aspx page and send back a response. Im running around in circles trying to make this work. The data im trying to send is 4 strings. I have a 'DataGrid' usercontrol on my simple little form and I press a button that opens a text file and populates the DataGrid like so,

Where A, B, and C are my column headers.
I also have a 'ListBox' on the form. What I would like to do is, allow the user to select one, two, or three rows (or all) in the datagrid, and press a button that will move the data from selected rows into my listbox (each row its own string in the list box).
I can populate the datagrib easy enough, but don't know how to access the cell data individually?
I am using a WebBrowser-Control to fill in a webform and then click at a button, this currently results in a standard Download File Dialog (you get these if you download a file using internet explorer), but instead, I have to catch this file and save it automatically with a by me defined name to a specific folder.I am trying to code a little application in vb.net which download the Export-file from my wordpress-blog, and I want to do this completely without user-interaction.Currently everything works, except the downloading of the file.I tried to catch it with the event System.Windows.Controls.WebBrowser.Navigating(ByVal Object, ByVal System.Windows.Navigation.NavigatingCancelEventArgs) but I don't see where to download the file from?
I have a checked listbox which is populated with names(firstname & Surname), I also have a form that has been designed (layoutwise but with no code) to be populated with personal info such as name address,postcode,email address, sql database defined in the program that has a table called members that has the same column headings as the members form.
What i am trying to figure out is how i can commit personal information on my form to that database and copy the firstname and surname from that form to the checklist box if they dont exist? how do i go about this codewise?
[Code] I want like to check if a file exist on main form, if not: force open settings form. And then when the user is closing the form with exit button = check if the file exist again. If it doesn't exist, close application. It's a huge application and I need optimized on most parts. Also, the settings form is asking the closing question two times.
Inside a form, I would like to display a pdf file which is already available in my resources (template file "untitled"). In this pdf file, I have some fields which get their values from some texboxes in another form. My aim is, when the user triggers the button to call this form, it should insert the values inside the pdf file and display the output pdf inside the form.I have written the code to an extend but could not finish it myself after my many trials... Now here are the two things I cannot manage:I can use a directory to read the template pdf "untitled1.pdf". But my aim is to use the file inside my resources. can save the output file in a directory but this is not I want to do. I want to display the output pdf.
I want to have a button on my form that will close the form itself and then reopen itself essentially refreshing the form. i have read several posts about this topic and most people say use the hide and show functions but i don't want to hide the form i want to close it. I have also tried to use the form1.refresh thing and that doesn't work either.
