Mar 17, 2011I have a richtextbox in a form that opens a text file line by line.
Each line contains texts that is to be imported elsewhere and is delimited by commas.
The first two fields are dates and are fine. The remaining fields are all text and need quotations inserting.
For each line of the richtextbox is count the commas as it works through the string. For the first two nothing needs to happen. for the third comma a quotation mark is needed to the left (",); for count of commas 4 to 7 a mark is needed either side[code]...

The byte array length of the audio file is 2702577. The procedure works with smaller array lengths, but not the larger ones.

Insert NULL Into Database If Form Field Is Empty Using ASP.NET & VB?
Jan 18, 2011I have a form and stored procedure that inserts the data from the form. It works fine except that if a field isn't filled in it doesn't insert a NULL into SQL it inserts "".
I've tried a few different ways but none seem to insert NULL, the one below still inserts "", can anyone point me in the right direction?

Jul 8, 2009I am working on supplier maintenance file. From mainmenu, opening first form shows records on datagridview through databinding. Clicking add new record, i fired a second form as my data entry with detail view through databinding, minus navigational buttons. I left the delete and save button only. Once through data entry, i save it on server. My problem is, how can i reflect the added record on the first form while i am on my second form? I prefer the new record be added only to the first form. I don't want the idea of retrieving the records again from my server.
