Dynamic Textbox At Run Time In .net?

I am generating 4 textbox at run time at a time when click on a addbutton. if i am click on the addbutton then it will generate 4 button bellow the first 4 text box as proper arrangemnt. all these i am placed in a panel and i put scoll bar for panel also. Now my problem is after generating 25 rows i am getting big gap for ext 4 text box row.
My questin is why its not take this gap when i generated 25 raw of each 4 text box after this gap again it coming fine with next 25 raw with 4 textbox each.then agin it take a long gap..

I am trying to put text of my dynamic textbox in some other textbox when user changes the selectedindex of a list.But dont know why it is giving me error's.

I wanted to simply on click a button to add those newly created textboxes to an array of textboxes. Starting with those labeled "Address". But I am finding this very difficult. I am able to add those originally on the form into the array very easily. But am unable to add the newly created textboxes into the array.

I am developing a form where I want the user to enter a complete recipe. In any recipe, I have no way to know how many different ingredients or how many steps will be involved. So if I am using a row consisting of a textbox, a combobox, and a textbox to represent 1 ingredient. how do I generate a dynamic number of these controls at run time? I have the same problem when I store the steps in creating the recipe. I need to create a dynamic number of textboxes to record each step.

I have an untyped dataset returned from my WebService. The user wants to dynamically construct a query referencing tables and columns and specifying values to test for.I have looked at Lambda Expressions and the Expressions.Expression Namespace. I think these provide the answer I'm looking for, but I'm not certain how to go about contructing the linq expressions to extract the datarows I'm looking for.
I plan on limiting the result to one datatable that the query will result in and i"ll provide the joins from the user's constructs.For a simple example I have a DataTable with (n) rows called "Table", and in it there is a computed column called "b_IsActive" that has the expression "Convert(IsActive, 'System.Boolean')". The user wants to retrieve all rows in "Table" where field "b_IsActive" is true.

I was wondering if some of you can help me with a problem I can't seem to get around. I've got a database that contains a list of users who are connected to an application. The usernames and number of users connected will be random. What I need to do is to display two dynamic text boxes and also have a dynamic tooltip for each of the text boxes for each user displayed. If you look at the attached screenshot I drafted up, I'll only use the first user 'John' for this example.I will hardcode my example because getting the data from the database isn't the issue I'm having. My problem is figuring out how to make the text boxes and tooltips unique for each time someone visits the form. I would also like to be able to set the text within the boxes as well. So, I would need two textboxes for John called:

I have a form that builds and populates dynamic text boxes from parsing a file. There is a "Last Name" text box that when populated, also labels a tab page with the name. After the form is populated, the user can change data as they desire but I was wondering how to update the tab page text when the user updates the last name text box? All the controls are built in code.

Now, I need to restrict the user to type a maximum of 5 characters inside. The MaxLength property is supposed to help me with that, but the user is still allowed to type more than five characters!Later on, after I have crossed this bridge, I'll need to allow a minimum of five as well - so that the user will always be able to enter only five characters inside each textbox. Another problem in the future will be to allow only numeric digits. These are product codes, whic are always numeric, and always 5 characters in length

I am working on an application which involves serial port communication with stepper motors. Now I am sending queries to the PLC via modbus protocol. There is one query in which I ask the PLC for the current position of the moving motor and display it in a current position textbox using a DO Loop. Here the problem is the textbox only displays the position at the end of the motor movement and not while the motor in movies though I have included the code to do so inside the DO loop.

In my form, A user can do some stuff on my program which will create a new tabpage with a text box on it. The user also selects the name of the tab, which is then the name of the textbox with a "2" on the end of it.
What I need to know is how to get the texts from however many tabpage's textboxes there are and combine them into one textbox, as a sort of receipt.
What I was thinking, because I have this method of removing all the tabpages, is using a code like the one below maybe to do the job, not sure how I would alter it to work though. [code]...

i have created a dynamic tabpage and a dynamic tablelayoutpanel inside it then added dynamic textboxes and labels inside the tablelayoutpanel...the thing is , i am having a problem on how to access the value of those textboxes and labels and add them as new columns in the new table(tagpage) in mysql database, i can already create the table in the database but i cant add the new columns in it. heres the code for accessing the values of the labels and textboxes

How do I disable a textbox the second time? here is my code, In form load the textbox is disabled, unless the user will input an idnumber that is in the database. But what if the user will input an idnumber that is in the database then, input again another that is not,

I'm trying to create a textbox that'll only accept a value in the 24 hour format (i.e. "18:00" or "1800"). I've been reading up on the FormatDateTime Function but I don't know whether thats appropiate...
Also, how do I set a textbox to be fixed with two decimal places? On VB6 I could do this in properties, but I can't find an option ni Visual Basic Express 2008.
