This error occures when I try to load my data into a datagrid with btnTonen or frmLoad after starting up the program. But after I do something else in the program the data will acctually load when I click btnTonen.

I made an app that connects to a mysql database to update a table. It works fine from my test machine, but if i deploy the app to another computer I get error: Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=6.3.6.0 I'm going through google to find a solution, but nothing has stood out yet, just wondered if anyone has encountered this before and knows of a quick fix.

View 2 RepliesI just discovered the joys of UserControl's and I was wondering if it is possible to populate the usercontrol with data from a database in the UserControl's Form.Load event instead of the form the userControl is placed on. View 1 RepliesI have two projects in a solution. One is a class library with my FTP, GPG and some other classes that get compiled into a dll call CBI.Utilities. The other is my main app which in a few places call the ftp class. I added the reference to the main solution by browing to the project from references under the main solution and now I get this error when I try to instantiate the ftp class.

The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)" Should I be making a reference to the DLL or to the projects. I installed VB 2008 Express on my laptop. I have Net. Framework 3.5, and whenever I try to run ANYTHING. I am trying to implement a Custom HttpHandler (for the first time), I have been given a tutorial to follow but couldn't get it to work. I then found another tutorial but couldn't get that to work, they are both giving me the same error message.
The custom handler is to protect people from downloading certain file types, although i think the error is somekind of configuration problem as I can't get the website to work at all once I add the httpHandlers to the Web.Config file.
