We have developed a VP exe that we would like to make available via web access. Never having done this before we're looking for how to start. The application was written in VB6 as a stand alone exec.

View 4 RepliesI'm using Report Viewer(VS 2008) to make a report in VB.net. I add Table with Table Header, Table Detail, and Table Footer. Then insert a Table Group(table1_group1) and add expression =IntRowNumber Nothing-1/10 on that group. I check page breaks at end.
When I load the report its show normal :
page 1 : page header+ table header + table detail(10 list data) + page footer
page 2 : page header+ table header + table detail(5 list data) + table footer + page footer
But when I click Print Layout Icon its show an extra page(page 3):
page 1 : page header+ table header + table detail(10 list data) + page footer
page 2 : page header+ table header + table detail(5 list data) + page footer
page 3 : page header + table footer + page footer ( this is the error)
I also try to print the report and its print 3 page.
My application is intended to crawl a URL page and extract all possible links from the page.It works fine for a certain URL but with another it keeps causing problems. When the root page is accessed it correctly extracts the different directory links. but when it requests the directory links html page it pulls the main root URL again. someone mentioned about redirection but when debugging I see the url variable containing the directory link correctly.

However, I have come across a situation in which I need this to NOT happen on a certain page. Is there anything I can do, short of making a new master page for this specific page, to make this work? The problems I run into are: My textbox.clear isn't clearing. The text stays when I try debugging the program and enter my first name and password, it gives me the "error logging in, please try again" and I know that test/test is the first name and password.
I'm in the process of making a usercontrol and i've run into the problem of how to make a property page. Obviously this makes setting up you control nicer and more importantly to my program makes loading the form faster (setting the properties in the load event vs property page). I was trying to find something to start on but i didn't find a propety page in the "New Item" menu or even something like the "Property Pages" property of a usercontrol in vb6 where i've done this before. How can i make the equivalent of the vb6 property page in vb.net? Maybe with a form or a dialog?

When the user clicks the notes image a popup page will appear with a multiline text box that allows users to enter notes.
