Transferring VB Form Data To Excel Worksheet And Copying New Excel Data To A VB Form?

I created a VBA project in Excel. I would like to figure out how to transfer the data back in forth to make a more presentable and user-friendly program in VB Studio.Basically, I need my form in VB to input data to into an excel �workbook.data�, where the calculations are preformed. Then I need to copy the finished excel data cells �workbook.results� and paste them into an end result form in VB. I have tried looking at threads and cannot come up with a solution. There is no data saved each time the program runs, so I don't have a database.

I have written a VBA code in EXCEL that updates my tables in Access. The code is fully functionnal when I am entering new data but I don't know how to make it work when a data (primary key) already exists and that I need this data for another table. I would like to find a code in this format (DAO) :
If value exists in table Then
Return the value.code (not the value but the code related to this value)

I have a psychology experiment that has users respond to specific text or pictures by pressing either a button for "similar" or a button for "opposite" and then the program records the time from the presentation of the stimuli to the time they press one of the buttons as the latency. I have the information ans some other data successfully exporting to a text document but would like to have just the latency data also go into an excel spreadsheet for easier analysis. I am converting several VBA projects to Windows form applications. The only problem I have is that some of the functionality of Excel is essential to the application, such as R1C1 formulas. I do not want to instantiate the Excel application or access saved worksheets. All of the data is retrieved by querying Oracle databases. 2-Dimensional arrays are not an option because the columns contain differing datatypes, and DataGridViews are too slow to work with.
I thought simply dimming a Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.Worksheet object would be enough, but the program kept failing and upon inspecting the object's elements in debug mode, I found that every value says this:

am trying to load data from an excel worksheet & its really giving me headache. A particular column contains both string and numeric data. its picking only the numeric data & loading the string data as blank entries. I tried checking what may be wrong, i think i saw a documentation that says Excel scans the first 8 rows of a column & determines it data type.plz, how can i load everything on the sheet (i can get everything as string, but i dont want to lose any entry)

i am using vb .net and importing excel sheet to ms access. i am doing this work very well. but i want that when a user select the excel file to import, than user must asked for the data types that he want for the different fields, by default when user imports the excel file it assign the text data type to text filed such as name and number data type to numeric field such as roll_no. but i want that user select the data type according to his need.

I need to copy data using Vb.net if possible from one excel spreadworbook to another and place the data into the correct columns in the existing excel spreadsheet. The column titles of the spreadsheets match up, I have several templates I need to place data into and the order of the columns is different in each template so I need a way of searching for a column header in the template and then copying the data into that column.

The first form in my project is a simple form for a shop selling cars. At the end of the form is a text box called txtTotal.text, this is the total cost of each sale. When I press the print button I not only want to print a sales invoice(I have that bit done) but I also want the total in txtTotal.text to be added to lblDaysTakings on my second form called frmAudit. Ive searched the web far and wide and cant find anything either suitable or within my level of understanding.
Ive tried code such as

I m working with a appliction in VB.net
I have a three forms .Menu form which i have set IsMdiContainer as true
Through this form I m opening a new form named " Query"
This form has two drop down and one textbox and some other controls
When user selects ths first dropdown (States)second gets filled with City
When use selects a city I wat to open a New form named as parameter.parameter
form has two textbox and user will enter the paramater and click the submit button.
I want the text of these two textboxes in My "Query" forms 's text box and I want the drop down as it is(filled with city and states)

Is there an easy way to copy the information from that file into .xls file and add additional information (like row and column names). I need the information to be in a report format. I'm trying to copy multiple excel source files into one excel file. My current code is working only for 3 source files..If more than 3 files are there, it doesn't copy the data but creates blank work sheet in the output excel file. Lets say I have a source folder with 5 excel files. Each workbook contains one worksheet with data. It copies upto 3 worksheets along with data into output excel file.
Lets say excel1 contains A as work sheet, excel2 contains B as work sheet ,excel3 contains C as work sheet ,excel4 contains D as work sheet ,excel5 contains E as work sheet .Now my output excel file should look like..OutputExcel with A, B, C, D, E along with respective data.But my current code is giving output as A,B,C worksheets along with respective data but its creating blank sheet1,sheet2 in place of D & E.

I am trying to read excel data (Excel 2007 SP1, on Windows XP SP3) with visual basic .net 2008 (VB 9.0 SP1). I'm trying to upgrade an Excel VBA workbook to a VSTO Excel Add-in in VB.NET using VS 2010. In the original (i.e.- VBA) version I have a modeless UserForm (called frmMain) that floats on top and is visible at all times while the user is still within the Excel application, but is not visible if the user moves to another window outside of Excel.
For example, within Excel the user can click on any worksheet tab, select any cell, etc. and the UserForm is still visible. This is exactly how I'd like it. The problem is, that in the new VSTO add-in, I can not get the Windows form to mimic this same behavior. I use frmMain.Show() to show the form as a modeless form, but the moment the user clicks an Excel worksheet (i.e.- activates a worksheet) the form becomes hidden behind the worksheet.
