VS 2010 HttpWebRequest Changing Prefered Language?

I am using a System.Net.HttpWebRequest class to download source-codes from a website, in an ASP .NET application.
The problem is however, that the ASP .NET server hosting my application is located in the United States. This means that when the application downloads source-codes of a specific page, the page being downloaded thinks that it needs to send the United States version of the page itself.
I need that to be customizable.

have created a text editor, but I want to upgrade it with some serious functionality and userbility.
I have done most of the things that I had planned, but I have also come up with an idea that I am not too sure on how to code.
I have created a dialog box which opens when you click the options menu item in the menu stip control, I have customised this dialog box so the user can change display modes and so on but now I want to be able to change the language of the entire application as in from the default English (american) to French, German and so on.
When the user changes the language selection I want the text in the menu bar, the title of the app and the text of whatever is in the text box of the app.
I have created check boxes for the language selections, and invoked the check box click handle events but not sure how to proceed with the rest of the code.

I am designing a multlingual system. At one time, a person might want to use Arabic as his language of communication. In the form i have combobox and a richtexbox. I want If someone has selcted Arabic from the combobox, the richtextbox down to be formatted such that whichever letter a person types in it is in Arabi. The code I am using is stilling giving me english characters. When I change manuall by changing the regional settings, i can use the Arabic characters. I want this to be done automatically upon selecting Arabic in the combobox.

I am in the process of testing my application on different language versions of XP and Vista.I notice that some containers size differently in the chinese version of the OS. This is particularly noticeable with panels which always appear to be about 10% smaller in height. The width is ok, its just the height that is changing. I can overcome the problem by making sure that all controls within the container are placed towards the top but it then doesn't make the UI look as good when running under English versions of the OS.

I want to know if it's possible to change the display language of Windows 7 ( in Spanish) to English and if so how to do it.
I'm having conflicts with non-unicode applications and showing error codes. This is a new computer with everything in Spanish, I'm attempting to put all possible in English.

I have a windows form I want to show in two languages. When the user clicks a language button it switches to the other language.
It works fine, when you click it all the labels change to the other language.
Only problem is labels inside a group box do not change.

I�ve had success using the GET method to retrieve a series of web pages but my new challenge requires me to use a POST > GET combo. I can get it to work once just fine but no more. I get the feeling that something isn�t closing or completing properly. When I try to do the second GetRequestStream() I can see from my sniffer app that nothing is being sent so when the next command to stream the POST data to the request session it fails. I removed it all from the loop and simplified it as much as possible. Can someone tell me why it fails?
Also as a general question is my tack or reusing WebRequests viable? Or is there a �best practice� for looping a POST > GET combo? I�ve been assuming that since nothing in the WebRequest changes besides the post data I�m sending, even its length remains the same, that I should be able to re-use it.

I'm trying to send some data onto a server. The data is an XML in form of string and and image encoded to base64.The problem is that the server says '404 Not Found', just as if I had an incorrect URL, but my URL is 100% correct. I can get data from the server using GET, but when I try to POST it doesn't work.I checked it in Fiddler and it first gets z 401 error (not logged in) and then the 404 error, which results in an exception.Can anybody please have a look at the below code and tell me if there is something I'm doing wrong?

In my winform app in VB.NET I want to use the localization option. But i have a few questions/problems. I'm using a menu strip to select an other language. But it seems that is doesn't change my menustip text to my selected language. It does change my labels, buttons, and textboxes but menu strips don't seem to change when I choose another language. Also is it possible to get those resx files such as MyForm.fr-FR.resx compiled so it isn't an external file outside my app? Or to get those files in an Language folder at the same location of my app, so i don't have all those fr-FR & nl-Nl folders in the same location as my program?

I am a Network Administrator in the Army so programming is not my strong area. I have been messing with Batch files and WMI, just recently i started VB Scripts (VERY BASIC) like adding an input box to set computer name, scan network for computer name on domain, return wmi info for that remote computer etc... I know there are programs out there that can do all of this, however the Army will only allow certain approved programs to be installed on government workstations, i have been using .Bat files to gather info which is fine, however it is very time consuming when you have entire subnets with computers, networked printers, etc to place into a spreadhseet for higher headquarters tracking not to mention the over 20 columns of required data to track for each computer. I have VB 2010 Express, working on a Windows Form Application Project. Goal is to interface my VB Script (written with notepad) with a GUI that will generate an internal spreadsheet on the form window in a datagridview. So far i have the basic window and i have my gridview with my column headers set. How do i get the data into the columns and rows accordingly.
Application Basic: Execute Program, in main window select button (Scan IP Range) <--- I want this to open an input box for the beginning subnet, input base address to start scan from, next input box for end range, then msgbox for start scan. i want the results of the scan to autofill the datagridview and add new row for each IP address that had a ping reply, returning valid data from WMI results as it receives the data. What would be the best method to achieve my goal. i am not asking you to write the program, i have been looking and studying MULTIPLE sites, think i just need another set of eyes on this to unlock the knowledge i have locked away, if ya know what i mean. Also, if you don't mind let me know what you think of this app im trying to turn out... Super Thanks for your help.This is the Base Batch File running. I have multilingual application that was done in VB2005.We recently had a request to translate the application to Arabic (Egypt), so I have been happily running through all of the forms and changing the layout for Right to Left format.I have 2 forms that are problematic though.On one form, whenever I select Arabic (Egypt), it will automatically switch the selection to Arabic (Saudi Arabia) and try to add an ar-SA resx file.On the other problematic form, if I choose Arabic (Egypt), the IDE will automatically select Chinese (People's Republic of China), then copy the contents of my ar-EG resx file into the zh-CN file, overwriting all of our Chinese translations and layout changes with the Arabic ones.

Does anyone know why my text isn't changing? When my main form's "logging in" screen appears, the text is supposed to change as it makes changes to the main form. I did this by having a timer start when the form loads and as it ticks the actions are performed and the text changes. The timer's interval is 1,000.[code]By default, loadingtxt says "Logging In As (Username)". However, the text just remains as this instead of changing. Is the timer's interval not big enough or something?
