I have a ListView with many advanced controls and html tags. ListView is bound to collection of profiles when first profile in collection is current profile. current profile has few differences from other profiles ie. flash embed, js and some other stuff. I can access inside of my ListView Container.DataIndex property which gives me 0 as first item in index but i'm unable to use inline If statements like so

I need an additional loop argument within an If statement that resides in a very large do...loop block. It will speed the application considerably if I can have the do...loop block loop prematurely. I already have the remaining code after the additional loop argument in a large if...elseif block to achieve the result, but making it simply loop instead of going through this would speed the application.

I created a listview which has same columns with tb_sale (date, product, qty, price, total) Then, I dragged a datagrid (tb_saledatagridview) from tb_sale to the form, hoping i can insert multiple records from listview to tb_saledatagridview.
I manage to insert record from listview to unbound datagrid, but not for bound datagrid. code that I can use to insert and save data from the listview to tb_saledatagridview.

I am intending to create an order form(demo) where the user can select multiple products.
I have a default order number that changes by one everytime an order is successful.
An order is only successful if all the information on the form is entered correctly.
My question is where do I insert the code for the order number?
Basically for the order number I have a counter that count by increment of one if an order is successful.
Meaning when the user hit place order, and all the infromation is right, then the order numer goes to 1 from zero.
Where do I add the condition for the order number since all the fields must first be completed.
Do I have to create a whole line of if else statements?
Can someone give me a site to a tutorial that will help me write a program that will generate a pattern using do while, if else statements,and do until statements. I have been using google but I can't find anything. I need to generate patterns a certain size 6 by 6 or similar such as something like a checkerboard but where the ^ symbols is there a suppose to be a blank space..

What would i use to say if no text is entered in textbox1, then ... also what would i use to make a sure the user choose one or the other radio button? for example i also have a combo box, i used "If SubjectComboBox.SelectedIndex <> -1" for the if statement.

View 5 RepliesI've created a basic form, entering the name and song of an artist. They can select a priority (1, 2 or 3) and it will drop the information into seperate columns of a listview. Based on the priority, the row is assigned an image in the item field of either an up, rgiht or down arrow. This works all fine. I selected the checkbox function to true and it places checkboxes next to every image as planned. However the checkboxes are just the arrows. If you click the 'checkbox' it keeps cycling through the 3 images.

I'm trying to make MP3 player with listview but I have some problems what I cant figure out.
First problem is that when I import files then every song should get number. Its like play list up to down with number 1,2,3,4,5 etc. I tryed to google but I didn't find anything useful. Mabye because I don't know how to name that.
Second problem is that I don't know how to get song length.
Third problem : when I play a song I want that it add +1 for Times Played , but I don't know how to add it parallel with right song.
I'm using AxWindowsMediaPlayer to make this.
