As a bonus to the project I'm currently working on, the people would like it if I could change the background color of individual table cells depending on what their value is. So in the RadGrid_ItemDataBound event handler I have, I'm trying to set the BackColor of the cell if the cell's text equals a certain value from a dataset in my database. My current code is like so:

I'm working on an ASP.Net page containing a GridView, which is populated with customer orders returned by a stored procedure. What I'd like to do is dynamically change the backcolor of the GridView rows to indicate priority.
The stored procedure returns an integer indicating the records priority, I think I just need to translate the integer to a color, then make the GridView row display it.

The data is really, really, simple, all I need to be able to do is query a table on my MySQL database for COUNT of ID WHERE locationName = Container.DataItem during each loop of the repeater... but I don't know how to do this.I'm thinking maybe I have to do this first, create a table in memory somehow, but I am afraid I have no idea how to achieve this.

I'd like the code to be version-agnostic, and so am using late binding. The formatting of the contents of the Excel cell, such as color, underline, strike-through, needs to be preserved. My approach is to use a Word doc as a template. It has a table at the top which I can copy to the end of the doc, add rows as needed, and fill in the word table cells with the data from the excel spreadsheet. I am using a string builder to set up an html table row by row so that it can be emailed. I currently gather my information from the database using a data reader and while dataReader.read, I use stringbuilder.Append to add each cell value to the table.The issue is that after about 200 rows, the html breaks and displays a cell value above the table in the email. I am trying to handle this in ItemDataBound event, and using e.item.cell(0).findcontrol("imageButton").visible = false.
