Get A Panel With A Picturebox To Expand When The Maximize Button On The Form Is Clicked On?

I am currently working on a program in VB that is 480,600 and am using a panel with a picturebox inside of it so that I can use scroll bars to view a chart in the picturebox since my form will be so small. Since viewing a large chart is pretty irritating using scroll bars to some, what properties can I enable or disable to get the panel and picturbox to expand also when the Form Maximize button is clicked rather than staying the same size up in the top corner?

I Have Made A Program That I normally Want To Be Small (520,680). But for someone that has trouble seeing it and wants to expand it, I cannot figure out how to make everything on it also expand when the Forms maximize Button is clicked. Everything stays the same size and moves to the right, top corner.

I have a picturebox that I am importing an image to. I need it to expand but not expand past my buttons at the bottom of the screen. When I import the image it takes up the whole screen and covers up my buttons.

Is there a easy way to maximize a window in VB when the maximize button is pressed so that everything that is contained in the Window (Forms, Panels) will also automatically resize to the screen size?

In VB6 I could embed a panel or picturebox containing controls or images within an outer panel or picturebox. If I moved the outer control then the embedded panel would move with the outer panel and stay in the same relative position, which is what I require. This doesn't seem to happen in VB.NET, the internal panel stays fixed in its location, even if I have pasted this panel within the outer container. Is there are trick to this or do I have to code to get the internal panel to move with the outer one? How does an internal container remain embedded within an outer one?

I cannot begin to explain how often I have tried to remove the Maximize button from the top of my form window.. I know that it can be disabled via properties, also that it can be removed if I disable both the maximize and minimize buttons, BUT I need the minimize button, just not the maximize button

How do I remove the maximize button from a form? I've already disabled it but it still shows up, it just doesn't work. I want a form with only the close and minimize buttons. It's a Windows Form Application and I'm using Visual Studio 2010.

My name is DN and I'm creating a strategy game. I have created a panel and I have put a PictureBox on it. Now, the problem is here: The PictureBox is bigger than the panel. I know that we can solve the problem with putting to the panel two scrollbars, but as in a good game scrollbars should not exist in the main picture (map). I want for the people to control the map with keys (up,down,left,right) and the scrollbars should not be visible.

What I'm attempting to do is create a Form with two Panels:
Left - A autosizing panel with a dock fill richtextbox
Right - A constant size panel with buttons and features for editing the text
Effect desired: When scaling the size of the form you cannot scale smaller than the initial size of the form, but when expanding the panel on the right is anchored to top right while the richtextbox in the left panel will scale infinitely in either height or width dimensions.
I am sure this is likely some simple property of the textbox or the panel, but cannot seem to locate it. I have the panel on the right anchored at constant size, but cannot seem to get the panel left to autoscale on dimension change.

I have already done the creation of button and the dragging of button at runtime already.But now i need to know how do i save the last dragged button on the form and also detect the name of the last clicked button.so lets say i now drag a button to coordinates 25,254. so when i exit the form and the next time i launch it, the button will still be at 25,254. and this one will go on for the number of button i created like 100. so when i launch the form the 100 button will be at the exact position where i last saved them.the second part is lets say i created button1 and button2 on the form in runtime. so when i clicked the first button, it should display button1. and if i clicked on button 2, it should say button2. same goes for like 100buttons.

My Problem is that I have a form that when a button is clicked loads a new form - code below. I want to fill a list view with data from a database in columns but that isn't the problem: Whenever I run the program and try to open the new form, the program runs up to the Rec = Connection.execute line before going back to the first form where I opened it up.

okay on my main form i created an instance of another form

secondform.ShowDialog() okay now when the secondform pops up there is a "OK" button and "Cancel" button. how can i tell which button was clicked? If "OK" was clicked i want to perform a task, otherwise nothing happens..

I'm making an equation program and I want to have a main menu where the user can select an equation and then when one of the buttons is clicked, it closes the "selection" form and opens the appropriate form. For now I just have it set to show the proper form (for example, Form3.Show) but when I try to do something like Me.Close() after it, everything closes instead of keeping Form3 open.

I am trying to update my form once the delete button is clicked. There are several fields like Name, Date, Date of Birth and so on. Once I delete a record I want the form to automatically load with new / updated data. programmer and anything related with IT. i'm trying to create a program for my internet cafe wherein i would need 2 forms, 1 which will contain the transactions and 1 to log in/out customers. I was able to make this using excel but am currenty having a hard time now creating the program with VB2010, because syntax/formulas seemed different from that of excel2010... i have so many questions that i would like to ask, but i'l start with loading a form(for logging in/out) by clicking the Log-in button.

I am creating a visual basic program, which acts as a very simple GUI for another program. I have built the whole Visual Basic project, but I am unable to do one part, the most important part you could say. I have a button (button1) on a form, when the button is clicked, I want it to run a program, named 'mover.exe' which is located in the SAME FOLDER that my visual basic program will run from. The directory of this folder will change. So, there are two problems I have:
1 - To make the program run the .exe program when button1 is clicked (it also must be run with administrative privileges).
2 - To make the program always look for 'mover.exe' in the folder in which it is started from.

I'm trying to create a save button on my infopath form that when clicked, it automatically saves the infopath form to a directory. I'm running into some issues, I thought it would be simple but is quickly becoming confusing.
