Get Value Of Label When Button Clicked In Nested Repeater Asp.net Vb?

I have nested repeaters, each item in the nested repeater has a label and a button on it, i want to beable to access the label.text when the button is clicked, I think i'm nearly there as I can return the index of the repeater and nested repeater that is clicked, i'm just having some trouble finding the label itself.
You might be able to help me without me posting the repeater code. Here is my code behind for when the button is clicked.

I'm currently getting this error 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' when trying to write the value of UserId.Text so i think i've got it slightly wrong in this line:

I am using a repeater to build a custom table. However, I can't figure out how to make the table show subtotal if the next rows tour does not match the previous rows.
Something similar to that.
row1 tour1
row2 tour 1
tour1 subtotal

but this shows all the data in the nested repeater not the ones that match the parentrepeater fields for example tour,theme,dep7 should match in the child repeater

So, I'm working on a simple game in Visual Basic, and I have 2 labels. One named "pointsLbl" and one named "pointsleftLbl":

When I try to test this the .ExecuteNonQuery() becomes highlighted and says the given type name is unrecognized. My table is setup as table1 and the only 2 columns are datetime and temperature. I want the label text to go to temperature and I would like somehow the time the temperature was taken to go into the datetime field. I had the provider=microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0, but I changed it since I thought this was the one to use.

I have a table of questions and a table of alternatives corresponding to each question. I'm planning to build a questionnaire system (in ASP.NET) which select a few random questions from that total of questions.
I'm using the following SQL Statement to choose the random questions:
SELECT TOP (@maxQuestions) QuestionID, QuestionName FROM Questions WHERE CourseID = @CourseID ORDER BY NEWID()
Which populates a DataTable in a DataSet and data bind it to a Repeater control (the parent Repeater). What I need now is to get every alternative related only to the current random questions generated from the query above in a separate SQL Statement so that I can populate the DataSet with a new DataTable, add the relation between them two and data bind it to another Repeater control (the child repeater).
I don't know how to get only the alternatives related to the current random questions I generated.Otherwise, I get an error saying that I don't have all child values corresponding to the parent values and I can't group the alternatives inside the same question.

Using 2 forms how would I click one button, from another form? ie In VB 4,5,6, I would used to do it as:-

I have already done the creation of button and the dragging of button at runtime already.But now i need to know how do i save the last dragged button on the form and also detect the name of the last clicked button.so lets say i now drag a button to coordinates 25,254. so when i exit the form and the next time i launch it, the button will still be at 25,254. and this one will go on for the number of button i created like 100. so when i launch the form the 100 button will be at the exact position where i last saved them.the second part is lets say i created button1 and button2 on the form in runtime. so when i clicked the first button, it should display button1. and if i clicked on button 2, it should say button2. same goes for like 100buttons.

I have a repeater which has a hidden field of Parking_ID <asp:HiddenField Value='<%# Eval("Parking_ID") %>' ID="HiddenField1" runat="server" /> and a Button under it.
I tried binding the value to the button from the html, it is giving me an error which indicates binding did not work. The programming language for the form is C# How can I bind the value of Parking_ID with its button in order to pass that value to another form? and how it can be passed to the other form?

My button gets a commandargument of empty string even though the commandargument gets set. I have verified it gets set to the correct ID in debug mode, but then when I go to access this commandargument later in the repeaters ItemCommand event the commandarguments are empty string. And I have no idea why. I end up getting a sq foreign key exception because it is inserting an ID of 0 from the empty string values. There is no other code regarding the repeaters buttons that would be resetting it.
