Assign Events Dynamically With A Form That Has No Reference?

I've got a class where I pass in a panel reference and in that panel I'm then required to draw multiple other panels that represent my objects. The issue is that when I go to bind dynamically click events to these panels I don't have reference to the Form of which I want to popup on the click event.
The reason for this structure is so that I can redraw my class dynamically and reattach certain events to each object.
Is there any way to do this without moving my classes logic outside of the Assembly or is there any way to attach my click event to a piece of code logic to a sub in my WinForm?

I am trying to create a application scripting environment for my VB .Net application. I have a form type in the application called Project. What I want to do is dynamically compile (i.e Eval) VB .Net code on a Project form. This dynamic code always has a Main function. One of the arguments to Main is a reference to the calling Project form. Here is the Eval code:

I need to assign variables dynamically in a loop. In php you would use curly brackets but this doesn't work in vb.

Anyone know how I can escape the the i variable so it becomes part of the string that precededs it?

I'm working on an ASP.Net page containing a GridView, which is populated with customer orders returned by a stored procedure. What I'd like to do is dynamically change the backcolor of the GridView rows to indicate priority.
The stored procedure returns an integer indicating the records priority, I think I just need to translate the integer to a color, then make the GridView row display it.

I have a form with a single Report Viewer control on it. I wish to use this single form to display ALL of my application's reports. I am looking for a method that will allow me to assign the rdlc file / table adapter and rebind the datasource at runtime. I've tried various methods but cannot get it working. It sounds simple enough but is now driving me crazy!!

Is it possible to declare a variable and to choose it's appropriate type during runtime?
it should be something like this (of course, the last line does not work):

Admin assigns the authority and get a new form to the new assign in with vb.net & access. I am not sure about this,I need a way to do the new form assigned? How?Actually, this project is the admin will assign the authority to a manager, and the manager will get the password to log in. I have a form with a textbox to enter a number and a button called "Create". When a user enters a number and clicks create the form gets populated with the number of buttons entered in the textbox and the title of the buttons are labeled by consecutive numbers. For example if you enter 5 the form will populate with 5 buttons labeled button1, button2, ...button5. When you click on these newly created buttons a messagebox will popup stating the buttons name. Basically I need to know how to create events and populate them with code I guess dynamically.

My process is as follows:I access a database table to determine what questions to ask (20-100 questions).Each question is display along with, possibly, a "done" button.My code to do this is as follows:

Two problems:1. My sub is never being called, so I can only assume that my "addhandler" is not working.2. QCC_Q_ID = e.ToString.... That doesn't seem right - is it? What I need to do is get the name of the button (btn_second13) and get just the number out of that (13). Is there any easier way to keep track of that ID?

I am trying to create a program, where the user click a button and this will add a custom control and then drag and drop them on the form.
What I want to be able to do is add multiple controls (by clicking this button) and for them all to have the same events. So basically they can add as many as they like of this control and then click on it and drag it anywhere.I know in vb6 there was the use of the control index but I am not sure how to do this in Visual Studio 2005?

I have VB 2008 Express and I am also new to VB. My problem is I cannot find any assistance with creating an Event that is attached to a Control that I inserted on a dynamically creeated TabPage. I call the "create_tab" sub (below) that creates a New TabPage and add some Controls (Button, two textboxes). Now, that I have the TabPage (and there could be multiple), I want to bind an Event to these items. I have the user control that is loaded dynamically. When the user save the data by clicking on the Save button, a raise event is passed.

how to go about adding a reference to an assembly at run time? I am writing a vb.net (2008) program that will send email via Outlook. But at compile time I do not know which version of Outlook the user will be using - Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010.
How do I add a reference at runtime which will a) satisfy this condition and b) allow me to compile the program? If I do not have a reference at compile time then my Outlook code will fail

I'm new to VB (and .net), just started taking an introductory class. One of the things we've done is set up a little form that does basic math. It looks something like this:

[txt3] = [txt3mod1] * [txt3mod2] [btn3]
[txt4] = [txt4mod1] / [txt4mod2] [btn4]
When you click btn1, it adds the values txt1mod1 and txt1mod2 and displays the answer in txt1. The same happens for buttons 2, 3, 4 on their respective lines. So the way we handle this is to have four subprocedures that handle the button clicks, one for each button. I was thinking it would make more sense to have one function handle all of the button clicks, since it's basically the same thing. Through my own research I've learned you can have multiple events call one procedure like so:
Private Sub btn1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles btn1.Click, btn2.Click, btn3.Click, btn4.Click

But how do I determine which of the four buttons was clicked, and which text box values the user cares about? Then after doing so, how do I reference the relevant controls (txt[x]mod1, txt[x]mod2, txt[x])?

I'm writing a program that inserts controls onto a webform dynamically. Depending on a variable, I add either a textbox, a set of radio buttons, or a set of checkboxes. Later, after a user clicks a submit button I need to use the controls to determine if the user is submitting the correct answer, but when I try to reference the id of a control, I get "txtAnser is not declared.
