Calculations For Data In Datagridview Dynamically Loaded From Access Database

I have a database that dynamically loads from Access into a datagridview. I have to enter data manually into one column in this datagridview. I need to be able to perform calculations to this data, for example I need to sum the data in this column, sqaure it and substract it from individual sqaures of the data in the cells. I should be able to sum it sum(22,33,44,53,67,23)^2-sum(22^2,33^2,...23^2). The number of columns keep changing depending on the database I choose to load, so I need to code this dynamically too. I am not really a VB person. I did the same in excel using Visual Basic and I am trying to do it in this Visual Basic environment.I built a tool in excel(VBA) that do some statistical calculations and data analysis and I am trying to build the same in Visual Basic.
I have three tables in SQL server which I would like to show and access on a form. Table 1 contains account data, address, contact details etc. Table two contains data attached to a Person, tel no , Mobile no, Email etc. Table three contains details on what awards the person holds, i.e. one person can hold several awards.
Therefore I have a one many relationship between the first two tables and a one many relationship between the second two tables. This is set up in SQL
The first two tables are shown on a form, table 1 via a set of text boxes, table 2 via a datagrid control.
I would like the functionality whereby I could select a row in the datagrid showing the persons name and find the Persons_ID number then use that as a filter to a second datagrid view so that only the selected persons awards show in the datagrid.
I have a datagridview on a form , and I just want to take this data and save in access database, if I enter a direct value in this code , it works but it does not take a value from datagrid,I am work on this from last two daysIt throws an error saying that parameter userid has no valueError I believe is at DV.Rows(0).Cells(0).Value I think it cannot get value from Datagridview

I have made DataGridView in the designers and connected an Access database to the datagridvies and the Column headers appear as they should and when I check in preview mode all the fields are correctly populated. However, the DataGrid is not populated in normal mode at all. I have been trying to run the project but nothing is happening. What can I do to populate the field.
I am struggling to understand fully, I need to bind data from an access database to a datagridview. (the DB simply holds a list of product with their stock code, description etc) I need to bind this datagridview to a products collection without using a dataset to bind to the datagridview. i have a textbox that i want to format the value and i placed it in the Validated event.. it works ok when a user enters a value but when data is being loaded from database, it doesn't format.
I am debugging an assembly which I loaded dynamically with Assembly.Load(Byte[]), but I am facing some problems.First of all, I can't move the yellow arrow in Visual Studio 2010 to step into other lines of code, and also I am getiing exceptions ("Cannot find the method on the object instance.") when trying to do a quick watch on objects from a third party library (controls from Infragistics for example.)

When using Assembly.Load(String), everything works fine, and there are no problems.
EDIT: I tried loading the debugging symbols for my assembly with Assembly.Load(byte[]. byte[]), but it I sitll get Exceptions when trying to debug objects from third party libraries.
My goal here is to get stack trace information from a dynamically loaded assembly. If the dynamically loaded assembly just throws the error back to the caller, the stack trace information doesn't tell you the location in the dynamic assembly where the error occurred. If I throw my own exception, passing in the original exception, it will get added as an inner exception and will have the information need. I'm trying to avoid changing all my dynamic assemblies to throw new exceptions.

I have a form which creates controls dynamically and adds event handlers by itself (already coded that part). As for now, I have a hidden table with the object list which loops through the controls and finds it by name (using the Me.Controls collection). How ever, does anyone knows if a dynamically created control may have a special unique code ?
I was wondering if there is any way to load data from excel sheet into a datagridview in VB2008 dynamically. I have looked at few data connection codes but all of them involve the excel sheet and thw workbook name. Is there anyway that I enter the excel sheet name in a inputbox and the data from excel loads into datagridview without hardcoding the sheet name. I have the user control that is loaded dynamically. When the user save the data by clicking on the Save button, a raise event is passed.

I can save my data to access database and in the access database field I set it to date/time.But problem is when I get the value out from the database.. the format is always month/day/year hour:minutes:seconds example today: 5/2/2011 12:00:00..How to get the value into listview becoming May/2/2011 without the hour..Here's my code to get it from database ListView1.Items(i).SubItems.Add(dt.Rows(i)(14).ToString).The second problem is.When I would like to edit, how can the datetimepicker get the listview value ? I am trying to import data from an access database to a access database that my project uses I am having problems with combo box fields in the database with the data. I want to import what is displayed instead of the numerical key value. Example: The combo box displays employee names but the value stored is the key value from the employee table so instead of importing John Doe it imports 2 is there a way to make the actual name instead of the number?
I am trying to access a txt flie in my project. This file contains many records that I wish to retrieve individually to make further calculations with.My first problem is how to connect to the file in my project, I have no clue howw to do this, have tried many different ways, but still no success.I also wist to have a textbox that I can type the (airport name) so that the streamreader will search for that record, similar to a google type search.
I need a little guidance in the right direction to help with using data from a dataset in calculations. I've watched the "How Do I" Series and it was very helpful in setting up the relations and tables. I have setup a couple tables to hold values that won't be updated and the user will never see. Lets say I have 5 columns, ColmnA to ColumnE, and the row count is variable. What I can't seem to find is an easy way to loop through using the variables. As an example, Lets say the equation would be outputted to a textbox:

This program is very difficult for me, but I must get threw it or I cannot finish... What I am doing is making a Database of foreign Languages with the spelling of the words and the pronounciation inside the database... The USER enters a paragraph of words into the translator textbox and pushed translate. The program has a DATABANK of words with the phonetic spellings and matches the word, then translates to phonetics. The problem is that new words keep appearing inside the language.
