I am trying to check if a users input contains any special characters from a list, does anyone know who I would go about doing this?
I've tried the LIKE operator:

but doesn't seem to work, i think special characters are used for settings.
Is there a RegEx i could use for this??

I have a program that will compare an array of grocery list items glist and an array of coupon item clist.When I compare the two and if there is a match somewhere in the array I want to have a picturebox visible.When there is no match, I want the picture box not to be visible. [code] The code seems to work great until I come to the else statement.When the code finds a match it displays the picture box and the msgbox without error, but as soon as the message box is cleared, even though i've input it as an ELSE statement, the picturebox goes false again.Does anyone have any idea of how I can "hold" the picturebox to stay visible while the match between the arrays exists?

1. Allow the user to enter text into the combo box to type entries contained in the list source.
2. Enable autocomplete to assist the user in selecting entries in the list source, both from dropped down state and non dropped down state.
3. Restrict the user from typing an entry that doesn't exist in the list source.
My requirements are:
1. The ComboBox must run some code after a selection has been made or the user has finished typing an entry (not after the focus has been moved to another control)
2. The code must only run once after the user has made a selection from the combobox or has finished typing an entry
The problem: To achieve the above functionality, I had to run code on numerous event's. Sureley there is a better way, here are the events and the reason for the code:

This is the code I am using to populate a string array to use as an autocomplete source for a textbox.The datatable has 17 rows in it. I'm having some difficulty with a sorted & grouped listbox in WPF vb.net 3.5 that has an items source bound to an ObservableCollection.
What I want to be able to do is to retrieve a piece of data from the ObservableCollection items source depending on what item in the listbox the user has selected.I've almost got it working but because the listbox is sorted it does not match the index of the items source.

I have done some code to write to Excel from a String Array of 3 items. These 3 items are written to columns 1, 2, 17 or 3, 4, 17, depending on the value of the 3rd item in the array. If we have a string that contains for example "01_1A" in ascii, I would like to take first two chars and following two chars after mark and send it as hex format, like &H1 and &H1A.
Note that I would not convert ascii to hex. I am asking for something like &H(var).

What this should do is get all the page source from the current web page from where I righ clicked and save it on the disk.
