i m having problem while updating my database... In this code when i delete records then it will deleted but it can't show updated data..for viewing new updated data i hav to again open the form ... so is there any code which i miss? to update database @ runtime?

I am popolating a DataGridView with a DataSet from an SQL database like in example bellow.
After I am making some changes I need to know how can I save modified data in SQL database>
Let's say that I have a form with a DGV and a button. On load I will put ten lines from a tbale from database inside the DGV. Then i will make some changes and after that when I click on the button I need to save the modified information. Everything has to be done on runtime.

I want to make my applications to have a self update function. My applications have only one file, the main .exe. For updating, I want to use the best way: the program download it's new version overwriting itself; and on next start the program will be the updated version. is there a way to update a database row with the update command by first defining all parameters and then all values just like you can in the insert command? This program is very difficult for me, but I must get threw it or I cannot finish... What I am doing is making a Database of foreign Languages with the spelling of the words and the pronounciation inside the database... The USER enters a paragraph of words into the translator textbox and pushed translate. The program has a DATABANK of words with the phonetic spellings and matches the word, then translates to phonetics. The problem is that new words keep appearing inside the language. I'm trying to access the SQL DB I have designed within my project in Visual Basic 2010 (.NET code seems to work for me 99% of the time) at runtime so that a user can select a method by which to filter a DataGridView.I have a fantasy football draft application that fills the DGV from a Table Adapter. The database is named NFLPlayerDataBase.mdf, the dataset used to fill the DGV is TabNFLPlayers11BindingSource1, the table adapter is TabNFLPlayers11Table Adapter1. The DGV is dgvDraft. Idk if that helps at all.If the user wants to look at only RBs while making their draft choice, I want them to be able to select RB from a drop-down and have the DGV be filled with the query that selects only RBs from the table. I have the drop-down already set and am able to fill in the DGV when the form initializes. I just can't get it to fill with the query request for a specified position.The table I'm looking to use from the .mdf is tabNFLPlayers11 and the column header that will be searched through the filter is "Position." Options are QB/RB/WR/TE/K/DST and will be selected by the user from a drop-down.I cannot find a way to even open the connection whenever I change the value of the drop-down.

I have a 3 textbox;fname, mname and lname.As soon as I click button "add entry", the fname,mname and lname will be save to database to its first name, middle name and last name column respectively.
I want to add another set of 3 textbox during runtime , when i click button "add textbox", so that there are all 6 textbox in all. And I can add 2 first name, 2 middle name and 2 last name at the same time to my database.

I've got this program I'm working on in VisStudio2008. Basically, it accepts a password and executes an Access 2003 database using the Access 2003 runtime. I've got the thing looking up a password and all is good, but there's one problem those annoying Access 2003 and higher warnings about unsafe macros. Does anyone know a way to make sure those don't show up when the program starts?My client has a database that someone else wrote for her. She's not at a point where she could have it rewritten (believe me, I've tried to talk her into that). So I have to stay in Access but it's not very professional to have those warnings come up.
