Make A Video File From Frames?

I have 1000 frames and id like to create an application that will use all those frames and create a video file. I dont care about the file format(.wmv/.avi/...). Google isnt really showing any good results. Just this: [URL] The solution is to make PictureBox and quick load the pictures and will look like Video. I need it as a video file. Where can i look? is there a built-in function in VB.Net?
On the other hand it doesnt make sence at all: id like to create an application that will use all those frames and create a video file. What will be the time difference between two frames? What about the quality? ...

I want to make a screen recording program and I want to be able to add a picture to the video file every so often and the picture will be a frame. I already know how to capture the screen, so all I need to know how to do is capture a video of the screen.

I currently send a live video mix to a output screen (a form on a particular screen).Consider it like a really advanced version of PowerPoint. I call it a video control room for the pc. I want to take 30 frames a second from a screen (of my choice, I allow multiple screens) and the audio from the computer (stereo) set, save it to a hard disks. How do I do that? I know I can draw the image of the interface using the RenderTargetBitmap class, but How do I put those images (as frames) in an AVI file or push it to a video server? An SDK? or a Code Example to point me in the right direction, would be nice! I also want to capture the sound of the current Stereo mix, or microphone (as determined by the user).

How you record a screen and then output the recorded frames in a .avi file or .wmv, doesn't really matter what kind of file.

Im still a bit newb to coding in Vb but Im trying to figure out how to make a simple inventory system for my video game. I need it to do a few simple things and Ive never made a inventory system before so im a bit lost on how to approach it.
Functions Needed:
Player has 40 pb that act as the visual inventory or display the item in that slot.

I set up my armor menu to allow drag an drop of the item but again not sure how to even get the inventory system created to finish the armor menu to allow the object to be dragged into its box and remove its self from the player inventory.I think I need to make a array for 39 or 40 in my adventurestorage class. That part Im pretty certain of but how do I set that part up? I have over 200 images that need to act as a item that can be dropped into the inventory.

Basically I download lots of TV shows and they're never named in the way I like; they're named like this "The Office.S06E22.HDTV.XviD-NoTV."So I was wondering if I had a .txt file with all the episode names I could make a program to rename all the video files in the right order so they're named like this "The Office Season 6 Episode 22 - Secretary's Day."So I want to copy and paste a list of correct episodes names into a text file. Then I want to read the text file, which I already know how to do. Then, and this is the bit I'm struggling with, I want to read the text file, one line at a time, and it renames the top video file with the top episode name and so on.

I'm trying to make a small video-player in Vb.net with WPF.
Got everything working beside 2 things:
Mkv-files and subtitles,.
I've installed FFDShow.
I've read that if you install it to WMP, then it will automatically work to MediaElement. It did work first, but then i had DivX installed, when i uninstall'd DivX, it stopped working.

I have an .avi video (500 MB-50 minutes) that I embedded using the following code in VB.NET:

Worked fine except that it took approx 5 minutes to load. Converted it to a wmv file (cutting it down to 300 MB) and it started playing instantly while it download. Unfortunately there are some computers that will not play it for some reason. It will load and the timer starts up as if the video is playing but there is just a black screen. I ran some tests and determined that it's not a browser issue.
How can I upload a video that instantly plays on all computers?

I have a vb.net project which i have inserted pictures and video. I inserted a video clip using the Windows Media Player control and it does work. The issue i have is that i can't move the program to another computer because the pathname for the video will be wrong. I know i could change the pathname when i move it but this is not practical because i need to present this program. Does anybody know how to make the video accessible no matter what location the program is at?

I am monitoring 12 video feeds from video cameras. Now I have more than 12 cameras, I have 134. But I will only monitor 12 cameras at a time. By Monitoring I mean, I have 12 small video screens on the form that I can see the video. The way I know which cameras are active, so I can monitor them is by a boolean value in a sql database. I run a Store Procedure in my program, and spit out the results in a XML file. I then read the XML file in a loop. This XML file will have a list of the camera names I need to monitor.
So that is for 12 video feeds. Now, I want to have a NEXT or FORWARD button on my monitor form. So when I click this it will give me the next group of cameras, 13 to 24. Now if I only have15 cameras that are active, that means the first group is 1 to 12, then the second group is 13 to 15 cameras. So I will only have 3 to monitor on the second grouping. One thought I had was to have another field in my table to mark as already as an active monitor, so when I run the SP, i will not select that row. But I need to select 12 at a time. Or I can make a number of xml files, one xml file for each grouping of 12, but I need to figure out how I can select the next group without re-selecting the first group. I have no code at the moment, I'm on my non-programming computer.
