If i have 4 checkboxes eith text checkbox1, checkbox2, checkbox3 and checkbox4 and 1 textbox if i type in textbox 1,2 then only checkbox1 and checkbox2 would be checked again directly after doing that i type 3,4 in textbox then only 3,4 will be checked and 1,2 will be uncheked.. remember i wanna do this coding for unlimited no. of checkboxes .. so dnt provide coding for 4 checkboxes only.

Feb 13, 2011Is there a way to save every time the user updates a textbox on the form? My reasoning for this is I don't want to lose all information typed into the form if they were to click on the "x" to close the form. I want the form to update whenever they type so if they forget to press a "save" button (or better yet not use a save button) the data won't be lost. I can use a textbox change event handler and code to update my dataset on every textbox in the form but it seems tedious.

Dec 1, 2009My next step is to allow a pause checking the status of the motor and or inputs before going to the next step. Reason is so it does not do many calls to the motor controller so fast. I need some help building a loop that checks status of the motor and if Motor1Active is 1 which means it is running that it needs to wait a bit and then rechecks itself. If it is not running it will continue to the next step command. Here is a sample of what I got but need to figure out say a 50ms wait before rechecking. I guess a loop that rechecks and waits 50ms and then rechecks the status and if done and reads 0 then it goes to the next step. if still 1 output data it waits 50ms and then rechecks. The following is what I got started with but need help with if then else and anything else statement.

It actually sends everything, but the program always crashes after the last one saying that the sdprintcount variable is an invalid number for the index. the problem with this code is that it only inserts the serial number of the LAST checked checkbox and the number of entries of it depends on the number of checked checkbox for example ... if I checked the rows with the serialnumber 123 and 55652341, first the row with the serial number 123 then second 55652341, only 55652341 appears in the database and it is entered twice(twice because two checkboxes are checked)
