Control Images Using Accelerometer Together With Using Buttons

I'm doing a project using VB 2005 Images of the application simulates using an accelermoet. However, right now, i need to create 4 buttons to simulate the diagonal position of the image.Right now, the accelerometer can move the image in 4 directions (mainly left, right , Up, Down).The 4 buttons mention, is in diagonal position( 45 degree Leftup, 45 degree Leftdown, 45 degreeRightu, 45 degree RightUp, 45 degree RightDown).I need to do it the way in which when my image is moved using the accelerometer, and once when i hit any of the 4 buttons, the image move accordingly. And when i use the accelerometer again to simulate, it also move.[code]

The idea is to scan a folder of images and then let the user navigate back and forth through the images using a couple of buttons.The problem is, I can only get it to return a single image, and not the whole lot. It's looks to me as though the images are getting assigned to the same index in the array. [code]

I have been searching everywhere to figure out how to access the G-Sensor/Accelerometer in my HTC Touch Pro and other like devices. I've already created a number of app's for windows mobile but now I'd like to add some more customizations into my app's. I don't mind installing 3rd party app's but I'd like to add the same fuctionality into my own apps with regaurds to the G-Sensor/Accelerometer funtions. I got a hold of some code(Rhaakmeester)...

This code helped a bit but only detects the change after a 3rd party app has already changed the screen orientation or if the KB was slid out. How do I access the G-Sensor data myself.

I want to use an image to some buttons . I know I can set the Image property and select an image file . My problem , however , has to do with the fact that the image in the file is always shown inside a gray contour . I mean the image itself (i.e. an exclamation mark) is shown correctly , but though around it there is nothing (not even a gray surface - just nothing) the image is displayed with gray color filing everything else . Back in VB6 I had no such problem ... I could simply select my image and it was shown correctly .

When I set the button background image in properties, it looks great. When the button is clicked, the image needs to change. I tried to use an image list like this: btnSample.BackgroundImage = ImlStimuli.Images.Item(0)and I tried loading them from a file. I can get them to read, but the image always turns out blurry or distorted. I've tried all variations of alignment, BackgroundImageLayout like stretch/zoom/centered, and I changed flat style, but nothing has worked. Is there a setting or something that I'm missing in properties?

My app allows the user to set a new button on a tabpage, move it and resize it. They will do this over a background image so the buttons line up with images in the background.Without the background image, the buttons move smoothly and quickly. With the image turned on, the buttons want to move sloooowly and they drag. I made up this code just to show the basic function of what I am trying to accomplish.

I have been able to associate a listview control with an imageview control to display images. There are a couple of things, I would like to do.
1> How do I display the image in the second column? 2> How do I increase the size of the image getting displayed? My images are all 48 x 48 (pixels), but they keep shrinking.

I have a piece of software with two tabs, inside each tab there are buttons (the user can add the buttons when they want). when tab1 is full tab2 should start to fill. I currently know how many buttons fit on the screen so I just say something like if buttons > 150 then start to populate tab 2 The problem i have now though is if the resolution is changed then a different amount of buttons can be displayed. so if I put my screen to 1280x720 some buttons are left of. I was thinking of detecting the resolution and then using different cases for different resolutions but this seems very inefficient im wondering if there is a different way?

file that requires images as part of technical explanations, so I have a form that opens that contains only a webbrowser control. I have designed my html document that views correctly in IE9 (images and all) and imported that as a resource. I then set that resource as the DocumentText of the webbrowser control. However, when the form opens the text is fine but no images - just placeholders! I am not trying to do anything fancy - the webbrowser control doesn't navigate away from the displayed doc at all and being distributed i don't really want to have to distribute the images seperately (hence using resource)

I have figured out quite a few tricks and stuff with the web browser control but I can't figure out how to automatically click a button. I know I can invoke the 1st instance of a "submit" type button but I want to click the 3rd instance (or chose which ever one I want). Unfortunately the button declarations in the HTML don't have ID or NAME tags to make it easy to pick them. How would I go about extracting all the buttons on a form in an array form, so I could invoke a certain member of that array and click a button of my choosing. Is this possible?

I have some experience with VB6 and it was easy to do a control array for radio buttons such that btnSMP(0) and btnSMP(1) and btnSMP(2) were together and if user clicked on btnSMP(1) it was shown with the blck dot on it as selected. If one then changed mind (which seems to be a very common thing) then if user clicked on btnSMP(0) then it was selected and the other one was not.That is not possible in Visual Studio 2008 for what ever reason the higher ups decided. I have read a number of articles now in MSDN about how to duplicate that feature in VB.net code but it seems to be a lot of work and they add in many features I do not have a need of

I am Developing a POS System in with VB.Net .On that i m using Web browser control to display the item images, because it can support both the flash and images I am am using Webbrowser.DocumentText to push the document source of the browser control But if i change the code with another image the browser is not refreshing.the following are the code snippets I am using a method for changing the document text ' Method to add html source to the web browser

I need help with images for a toolbar control for vb 2008. I think I remember there was a way of creating them with VS6 in the C++ department. Maybe not. I would be happy to use them off the web but I can't find a link. Or maybe we have some in Visual Studio in some uncommon folder?

With .Net 3.5 / VB 2008 / WinXP...I'm using a Listview control in Details view. Two columns with an image on the left and text on the right. FullRowSelect is set to true. All works fine except that in the selected item the image is not visible. It's replaced by a white background. I need the image to be visible within the selected ListViewItem's blue background. Do I need to switch to OwnerDraw or is there another way to keep the image visible?

by default this is working when the form load but when i change the data in the txtProjID which is representing the name of the folder where the images to be view in the picturebox... it's change but still the images in the previous folder is displaying, the new images did not appear..here is he codes..

I have a For Each loop going through the controls in a panel disabling them. When the loop reaches one certain grid control and disables it the CheckedChanged event fires for the next control in the loop which is a radio button.

I'm using Visual Studio 2005, net framework 2.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer ver 7.0.5730.13. Create a form with the webbrowser control and two buttons. Use the code that i provided at the end of this question to understand the scenario. As far as i know, this behaviour happens only on the myspace.com web site. 1. Navigate to your myspace.com inbox page, read a message and click on the reply button to reply to the message. The page will show correctly in the web browser.2. Then click on Button1, repeat the same process (read a message in the myspace.com inbox, click on the reply button), and the textboxes where you have to enter your reply will be gone.3. Then click on Button2, repeat the same process, and the page will show correctly in the web browser.4. Then comment out or remove the oDoc_MouseDown event, click on Button1, repeat the same process, and the page will show correctly.Why does the page shows correctly when the oDoc_MouseDown event is removed? The same behaviour happens if you use any other event of the oDoc variable.I desperately need the page on myspace to be shown correctly with the oDoc_MouseDown event and other events of the oDoc variable.
