i made 3 textbox and 3 button. when button click, button name can put textbox. but when i try to run it, button name can go only 1 textbox,the other 2 textbox does not working. I will put my code, Please chk it what is wrong.

I have 4 radio buttons, r1, r2, r3, r4. These four radio buttons are in a group box.
r1 and r2 for asking the gender of person.
r1 for Male , r2 for Female
r3 and r4 for asking whether the user would like to continue.
r3 for Yes , r4 for No.
When I click r1 , r3 becomes unchecked and vice versa. Similar is the case with r2 , r4. So at a time I can check only one radio button. How can I get around this problem . The groupbox is essential so I cannot remove it.

I'm currently working on "transferring" my vb6 application to vb.net. I'm doing a complete rebuild from the ground up - which allows me to address issues that have arisen over the life of my vb6 application and I'm also learning .net as I work. I have a form containing a date textbox and a submit button and a close window button. The date textbox onblur calls a javascript function which checks for date validation and some other logic and displays some alert messages. The date on the textbox is always selected and onfocus. My problem is when I try to click the close window button with/without changing the date the alert messages from the onblur logic are displaying and I am unable to close the window. I tried using onchange instead of onblur but onchange too works when a control looses focus. it works fine when I donot change the date but when I change the date and hit the close window button it too displays the alert messages and the window does not close. Please suggest me what will be my best option.

Sometimes the calculation can take more then 10 - 15 minutes, is there any way to make it doesn't say not responding? And you are able to work further in the program. When do a debug, it shows the correct value which is "432360ac-ac35-4101-8d46-f2cbd5b5dc52.There are spaces in the end of this value and it is exactly the same in the SQL database with the spaces. ValueID is a column in my SQL server. It does not filter the records in my dataset.I tried replacing the ValueToFilter.Text with my actual value as shown above including the space at the end and it filters the records just fine exactly as I want it to. Although I obviously need it to work for multiple values from my SQL server.

I have a form with lots of textbox, and a dateTimePicker. All of these controls are binded to a JoinTableDataBindingSource. So when I wanted to insert a new value or update the values, I have to rebind all these controls to the respective tableBindingSource.So after saving all the values to database, I rebind them again to the JoinTableBindingSource to display the values accordingly.
All these works perfectly until I tried to bind the DateTimePicker. I am able to show the Date, insert new values to Date, and updating date.However, after all the binding and rebinding,whenever I tried to call tblJoinTruckTableAdapter.Fill (me.dataset. tblJoinTruck), All the textbox.Text becomes "Nothing". I am unable to show the values in the textbox.
Everything works when I commented off the binding and rebinding of dateTimePicker. I seriously have no idea what had happen.Below is the binding and rebinding of my dateTimePicker.'I have clear the databinding before adding this to point it back to its respective table.
