Saving Multiple Listboxes To Txt File?

I am compiling a quiz, so the question number, user response and time taken to answer questions are sent to 3 listboxes. I wanted to save the file name (from the login form, date and listbox contents to a text file. I have scoured numerous codws...none of them work..all with errors. I have tried to look at Streamwriting listboxes. But can not find a way to add multiple listboxes to one text box. Actually none of the codes (including the Sub SaveToKnownFileWithDelimiter (below) I have looked at work.

I'm writing an application in vb.net 2008. It's basically a randomised image quiz. I have saved questions, answers and time taken to answer questions into 3 listboxes: listboz1, listbox2 and listbox3. I'm trying to add the content of all into a csv file. This is my code below which only saves the contents of one listbox to a txt file. How do I get a combination of all listboxes in the file with format (L1,L2,L3)? I alos want to add the user name and the date the test/ quiz was taken.

I'm trying to save the contents for a listbox, which can contain up to 10 records(items) as follow:
1 + 1 = 2
1 - 1 = 0 and so on.
The code that I currently have is recording only the last item of the listbox

I have four list boxes, side by side. I've got a huge list of files that the program scans through and if (file insides) = (this) then; else if and etc. I know that part is working. The problem is actually the list boxes themselves. The reason I know this is:
I have four listboxes side by side, only the first one shows data, but if I delete the first one from the form, only the second will show data, if I delete first and second, the third one displays data, and if I delete the first three, the last one shows data. The problem is they wont display data at the same time. I was talking with someone else and they said I needed to change the IDs and I should see that option somewhere near the "Name" section. I use Visual Studio 2010... I don't see any IDs option to change. on how I can change this ID or maybe something I have to do to get these listboxes working?

i am going to be saving data with DPAPI encryption. i am not sure whether i should just have one big file with all the data or should i break up the data into separate files, where every file is its own record. i suspect the entire dataset would be less than 10mb, so i am not sure whether it's worth it to break it down into about a few hundred separate files or should i just keep it one file?

Lets say you have a few text boxes, I know how to save the information in each box to a text file, but that creates a file for each box. Is it possible to save the contence of lots of different text boxes to 1 text file, and then when loading them it would load it all back to the right places?

I have a sign up sheet that I am creating for a project I'm working on and the sign up sheet works and I can enter all my data into the text fields and save the info but when I go to open the file again all the data is pushed into one text box and not in their own fields?
If there a trick in the SaveFileDialog that I can use to save each field to file then open them back in their own field?

I am using VB2008 now, couple of simple questions.
1) Is there some way to limit what my user puts in their textbox to numbers only? Or is there some way to check afterwards that the string only contains numbers and delete it if it contains anything else?
2) How to open a file, save the values of 5 text boxes into the file and then close the file?

I am pretty sure that I understand what needs to be done here but I'm not 100% sure on how to go about this.I have a list box that contains a list of url's for websites. 100 to be exact.I have a web request defined in a private sub.What I need to do is to loop through the listbox1, grab one url, place it into the variable of the request and then save that entire web request (with link) to string.In the end I will have all 100 url's put into their own web requests and feed back into an array which I can then put into some sort of multi-threading method.

I'm looking to be able to save and load the content from multiple structured arrays and variables into/from an encrypted file, is there any reliable source of information or tutorial that I'd be able to use for this? I've never written a program in visual basic that writes to/reads from a file.
I'm using microsoft visual studio 2008.

I have three listboxes with vertical scroll bars. I'd like it so that when one is scrolled, so are the others. However, I can't seem to find a "scroll" event. I tried this:

how to permanently save to text files then re-open all of the information again using SFD and OFD. Now my teacher has come back at me and said that i need to be able to save the information from multiple text boxes and have the text in certain labels to also be saved into the one text file (the labels need to be done because it is a database and these labels are like the fields and the right text box needs to match the right label)

I am new to vb and I am having so much trouble with this. What I need to do is this: I have a form application for winter sports equipment rental.I have a listbox filled with the equipment for the user to choose from then I have a combobox for the user to select the duration they would like to rent it. The book that I am using has no examples I can refrence and i have had no luck online either. I am posting what I have so far. However, i think I am going in the wrong direction. I have been working on this for so long that I think I have over thought it and made a mess of it. I am thinking that I need to add a new class for rentalRates then use enum of durationType and equipmentType but I am unsure how to move that way. That is using a enum, a 2d array and a parallel array? [code]

I fill DataSet from Access Database then create Datagridview to display data. My problem is how to Save Data back to a different table in Database then the one used to create the DataSet? I have some items in my listbox which I will store everyone of them into my database, what I am doing now is looping the box and call my database saving logic to save every single item. I thought this is pretty inefficient, is there anyway that I can use to batch save my items so that I don't open and close the connection as many times as my items.

I have a block of code which is used to save some information to a text file. I need to use this a few different times in my app.I could just copy and paste it each time but that seems messy and is adding unnecessary code. I'm BASICally wanting to know what I should look into for saving multiple variables of a custom class object to be loaded later. I've seen some things about text, and I can do that fine, but don't think it would be the proper/best way of handling things
at all. I also saw some talk of XML, SQL tables, etc. I just need a point in the right direction.
For a bit more info on my actual project, I was tinkering with a 'simple' program to allow users to create rooms/objects/etc., which will then be converted into Inform 7 language (an interactive-fiction language).The variables needing stored are objects with a number of string variables and integer variables. I need to be able to save those, then load them out later into an array of said objects.
For anyone needing a more VISUAL image of what I mean, here are a few screenshots to show you what I mean. Also, if anyone has ever used Adrift, it is (at the moment) very similar to it, but for the Inform language.

I have a 3 textbox;fname, mname and lname.As soon as I click button "add entry", the fname,mname and lname will be save to database to its first name, middle name and last name column respectively.
I want to add another set of 3 textbox during runtime , when i click button "add textbox", so that there are all 6 textbox in all. And I can add 2 first name, 2 middle name and 2 last name at the same time to my database.

I populate a datatable using a dataadapter. the select query pulls data from a view in which I combine multiple tables. Now I need to run different update statement etc to update each table. foe example I will update balance field in the accounts table using one query and another to update days present etc.
how should i do this? must i loop through each row in my datagridview?

I am trying to list all printers (PrintersConnections) under all users (HKEY_USERS)
problem is I dont know the user name keys in advance and need to exclude .DEFAULT and *_CLASSES so first I need to list all key names (%usernamekey%) directly under HKEY_USERS then for all keys that lists lsit all keys under HKEY_USERS\%usernamekey%PrintersConnections
Here is the code I have so far but I get errors about object variable not set, I suspect because of the way I doing the for each and listing the key names and then doing it again
