I'm try to make a multiple form as like as navigation form. There are several form(MainForm, Form1,Form2,....and Next Form)in the MainForm i'm put a "ADD" button, when i click on the add button Form1 is show up. On the Form1 there are 3 button (Back,Next,and Cancel) when i'm click Next Button on the Form1 then Form2 is show up and the same way to next button / back button

When I click button and try to drag form1 everything is none or slow responding.I see web site loading in browsers but nothing is responding on screen until loading of pages is finished. In the meantime my processor it goes to 90-100%I tested exe on my laptop and is working same.

I only mapped the drive onto their computer and then I cope the shortcut to the application. can I close all the application that is running with a single code? I sometime need to close all the application first before I can do anything with the application (for example, modifying the report etc.). My current method is still the manual one, which is calling everyone to close their application or running all over the place closing the application myself.

View 2 RepliesI have a VB.Net project that I am running from a local server and I need to use the credentials the user is currently logged in with to upload a file to a folder I create on a SharePoint site on the same domain. I can get it to upload if I specify the credentials but it will not work with system.net.credentialcache.defaultcredentials. It just gives me 3 empty strings and I get a 401 unauthorized error. I now want to navigate to the next form by clicking one of the buttons created. It shall go to the next form that displays students personal details.
I am not able to find how to create a new form that will navigate from the exissting initial main form.
I've made an alternative to the MdiWindowListItem for window navigation in an MDI application. It consists of each window being added as a toolstripbutton to a toolbar, similarly to the Windows taskbar. I don't use any of the mechanics I should probably use, such as for loops catching each child window etc etc. Instead I look at window titles and do a lot of string manipulation and using counters etc.
I'd like to get rid of my method and use something a little more technical. I'd like to have the same effect, but to be able to add toolbar buttons relative to the MDI children as opposed to looking at window titles and such, because I've also got a plugin system that allows users to create their own windows and add them as mdi children. But, if a plugin is added, it doesn't get added to my toolbar taskbar thing because the titles are all user defined and I cannot control them.
So, basically, I want something exactly like the menubar's MdiWindowListItem feature, but using my toolbar idea. I want all MDI children to show up in it, including the 3rd party windows.

How can I navigate my MS Access database using these buttons. I don't want to use .ADO instead I would like to use my own buttons with code (OLEDB).
Basically, I have created a search facility which is housed inside the navigation control on every page. My predecessor set every single page up enclosed in a form for postbacks.
I need these postbacks to continue working however I need the search when submitted to post to go to a separate page and post the data. I tried various methods such as "postbackURL" on the ImageButton but it didn't do anything.

I have two questions concerning navigation in a 'mutlipage' control embedded in a form layout in Excel:
(1) I would like to be able to automatically move from page_1 to page_2 through a closeout button click command on page_1 (i.e. when actions are complete on page 1, page 2 will open without needing to click on the tab). Is this achievable ?

I am developing a Windows Forms application. I have four forms which is inherited from Baseform in another project. In all four forms I am using a label to show some transaction count based on network status. I have implemented a thread which gets the active form of application and setting up the text. The code works fine if application screen is active. If I minimize and open any other application, I am getting an null error exception.
How do I get the active form of an application?
