Can Make Label Automatically Detect Items Going In And Create A Vscrollbar

I have a program that outputs a series of items onto a form--an "invoice" if you would like. The problem is, when the user enters in more items than the invoice's size can handle the rest just disappears into the mysterious realm down at the bottom. Is there a way where I can make the label automatically detect items going in and create a vscrollbar or something similar so that it can accommodate it's size?
how I can make my Application to automatically create preset folders with files when installing the application? The files should be under user/documents/MyApplication/Newpresetfolder
I am just wondering how I can make a listbox count the number of selected items and display it in a text label. My listbox selection mode is on MultiExtended.
Is there any way to detect if the text in a label is longer than the label itself (assuming autosize is set to false)? I want to trim the text in a label so the last line is a finished sentence (everything after that sentence is removed). I hope you understand what I mean.

I want to make one Private Sub for all of my Linklabels. The only variable should be the text value of each individual Linklabel, since all the labels inherit different texts during my program.Lets say I have about 200 Linklabels of which 40 have specific texts. The other 160 have "Linklabel" as a text.How can I create a variable that refers to the text of the label in the code?

We have a weigh bridge connected to PC via serial port.A VB code fetches the data from serial port and puts it in clipboard,which can be used by other applications like SAP.
We have several different makes of weigh bridge at different locations, each with separate settings(baud rate,data bit,parity), hence we need to change the VB code each time a new make weigh bridge is installed.
can we write a generic VB code which can automatically detect all these settings and capture the weight?
I am trying to write a VB program to automatically detect and identify a particular device that will only communicate to my program when I have 2 or more devices plug into the USB port. One way of doing it that I can think of is to scan through the available port and do a write and read to identified the port. But that would take up a lot of time if I were to scan through say 5 available port.

I have a set of labels with autosize=false and autoellipsis=true.What I would like to do, on the MouseHover event for each of these labels, is to show a tooltip containing that label's text, but only if the ellipsis was necessary in that particular case (i.e. the text of the label was actually too big to fit).
I've got this label, which changes to a random word each time a user presses a button.. But sometimes the word is too long to fit on the label, so it does this (Picturte below) How can I check if the text on the label has been cut, so I can automatically change the font to fit?

I have a listbox that displays SSRS report names and a separate listbox for displaying email addresses. Both report names and email addresses reside in separate SQL tables. This application allows my users to select an SSRS report, report parameters, export method and email a URL link to one or multiple recipients. This part works very well. One particular report has 6 recipients and I have been trying to come up with a way to automatically select these 6 email addresses whenever this one report is selected but I haven't had any luck being the neophyte .Net programmer that I am.

I was just wondering weather it was possible to make it so that if I press the first a item on listbox1 then the first item on listbox 2 is selected aswell. For example I would like to have 2 listboxes lst1 and lst2 and I would like it so that when I select the first item on lst 1 then the first item on lst2 is automatically selected and when I select the 3rd item on lst1 then the 3rd item on lst2 is also selected.
I'm using MS ACCESS for my dbase..i have a tblborrow where you can find transac_num ..now, i have in my form a label which here, you can see how many transactions you have done already(i'll name it sa lbltransacno) and a save button..what i want now is that.. every time the user save a transaction.. the lbltransacno will automatically go to its next number.. but of course.. the user should fill up the information needed.. if those are not filled up, and he click the save button.. the transaction will not be counted.. how to code it?

I'm making an app on wpf.Basically, I have a list view with 6 columns,For each item of the listview, its details are displayed are displayed in each of the columns, except the first.Basically I want the listview to automatically display a count of the items for the 1st column.[code]I have sorting and other weird stuff happening in the app, and I want to keep the first column constant. All that is needed from the column is that it counts the items.[code]I just realised this isn't vb .net so to speak.I code only on vb .net, but having trouble with that xaml bit atm. my homework question is to display the selected items from a listbox (multi-extended) in a label. I need to display all the selected names in a label. the simplest most uncluttered way of doing this. This is what I've got but it doesn't work.
I'm trying to create an inherited version of the ListView control that (among other things) should have a different background image if the listview is empty to if it has items.Obviously you can easily enough test the count of the collection, but I need to be able to react to the event, however there doesn't appear to be any event related to adding/removing items.
Can a vscrollbar be used in a groupbox. I have a group box with lots of items in it, but my program window is not long enough to diplay all of it. I wan to tuse the scroll bar in the groupbox.
Do the VScrollBar and HScrollBar controls have a known Value bug?I'm using VB10. While testing some code I used a Horizontal Scroll Bar to change a value on the fly, I thought my code had some bad math in it until I discovered that when the bar is scrolled to the very far right the Value was not equal to its Maximum value setting like it is in VB6, the same happens for the Vertical scroll bar control, set the maximum to 100 the Value will only go up to 91, set max to 200 and value only goes to 191, etc.
I was checking out the internet to get some information on VScrollBar control in VB.NET, however I can't find any useful information on what I am trying to do, as I have never worked with VScrollBar before.
What I am trying to do is use a VScrollBar control to handle scrolling of two Richtextboxes (i.e. synchronized scrolling) because each line of richtextbox1 is associated with the corresponding line of richtextbox2.
I'm looking to reverse the functionality of a VScrollBar in VB.NET - I would like the number to increase when the up button is pressed and decrease when the down button is pressed.I'm surprised that this issue isn't more commonly represented online, but I could find nothing online about making a VScrollBar work the way I want it to in VB.NET. Apparently in VB 6.0, you were able to flip the Min and Max values and this achieved what I desire to do, but they removed that feature in VB.NET
I'm currently working on an application that detects a color on a defined area on the screen and together with a panel that displays the color I show the values in a label and represent them with a vscrollbar. (The goal of the project is to output the color of the computer screen via an usb to dmx interface to create an ambilight effect) Now I don't want the user to be able to move the scrollbars up and down so I figured disabling them would do the trick but then the little square you click on to scroll it up and down isn't visible anymore.
