when the timer hits a 2 second interval the picturebox on form 3 gets a new image from the screen shot that form 4 takes off of form4's area. i want the user to select a folder with the "folder browser dialog" and i want each frame capture to be saved to the folder (every 2 seconds) that the user chooses as "1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg" etc .

Jul 27, 2009im trying to center some pictures 5 above and 5 below in the center of a form "Form1". Right now i can make them look centered in a smaller area, but when i maximize the screen the pictures are in the upper left. Resize Form End Move Pictures?
Dec 17, 2011i have a form with a picture as background. On this picture I want to buttons or pictures (click areas where lamps are). I have made a transparant picturebox and when clicked he shows a small picture of a lamp indicating the light is on.The form should be full screen.The problem is: When the form is used on different monitors with different resolutio settings, or when the form is resized, the pictures are on another (wrong) part of the picture. that the pictureboxes stay on the correct position related t the background?
I do not use another big picturebox in the background while the transparacy will not work.
Stopping Pictures Moving Off The Form?
Apr 21, 2010Basically ive a picturebox which ive coded to move around the form, however I can move it off/under the form if i want to if i move it that far. I want it to stop on the edge of the four sides of the form if i move it that far. Basically I want to make sure that when moving the picturebox around, it never goes off the form and stops on the edge of the form if i move it that far.
I'm guessing it's to do with the position command but i cannot quite work it out.

What isn't working for me is the panels are slightly overlapped and one will always be on top of the other. it is transparent so you can see the back ground, but not the panel underneath it when it has a picture in it.

Jun 9, 2011I need to make a save button. The user will work in main form. User also has Settings in the MenuStrip, when the user clicks Settings a new form will open. There user has ability to make changes that will affect the Main form. This is the code:

This is the change that the user will be able to do that will affect the Main form, but I'm not really sure how to make that the CheckBox1 will be saved when the user clicks it and the clicks OK button. I also want to know how to make a cancel button.

Getting Texboxes To Save To Form When "save" Is Clicked
Jan 15, 2009I finally figured out how to get the form to save some data, but the problem is I only know how to get it to save as the body. here is the code I'm using to save data. [Code] Since I have them all saving to the "body", whatever the last box is in the code is what shows for all three once I click save. Does any of that make sense? How can i get all 12 of my text boxes to save to the form so that when I click save and then re-open it, they're all populated? Should I use the .Tag property (don't know how) or assign the data to an array somehow?

Jan 6, 2009I have a scheduling program here that shows you a calendar and let's you double click a time to open another form where you input the meeting information. When I click save it saves the person's name to the calendar view, but no details when I double click the entry again. What would be the best method of getting the other fields to save so they're there when I double click? Should I just somehow assign them to strings and return them in the right text box or would I need an array?
EDIT: Actually there is a database involved so I guess I have to get it to store the info in there first.
