.net - Sync Framework 2.0 Error: The Specified Change Tracking Operation Is Not Supported

I'm fairly new to the MS Sync framework and have been beating my head against the wall for about four hours now to no avail. I'm simply trying to sync my databases (one "master" SQL Server 2008 with a SQL Server CE, the client) with:
Dim syncAgent As DataCacheSyncAgent = New DataCacheSyncAgent()
Dim syncStats As Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.SyncStatistics = syncAgent.Synchronize()
It works just fine in Visual Studio 2010 and always manages to sync, but now that I'm trying to implement it on my client's computers, I always get the error:
The specified change tracking operation is not supported. To carry out this operation on the table, disable the change tracking on the table, and enable the change tracking.

I am trying to seek for a particular record and then delete it afterwards but somehow I get an error that says "Operation is not supported for this type of object". Of course the declaration are on top just below the "Public Class Form1"

I am creating a Visual Basic 2008 .net application that will be using the Sync Service for ADO.NET on Windows 7 Ultimate. The back end database is SQL 2008. Below are the basic steps I take when the error occurs
a. Add a Local Database Cache item to my application
b. Use the Configure Data Synchronication wizard for the setup process
c. Click the OK button to accept changes
d. An error message is generated, "The given key was not present in the dictionary".
I have attempted this several times and the error message presists no matter how I vary the options. I have also installed Microsoft Sync Framework 2.0 successfully but the error persists. I also have all the following Dlls referenced in my project:
Microsoft.Synchronization.dll,
Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.dll,
Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.Server.dll,
Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.SqlServer.dll,
Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.SqlServerCe.dll.
I am sure I don't need all of these references but I figured it does not hurt to have them all referenced for now. I have the latest OS service and Visual Studio 2008 service packs.

When will VB be supported in the Micro Framework? it seames as there is a lot of new technology comeing out of MS lately leaving VB behind, insted of in step with C# like origionaly promised.I know that the VB compatibility dll has yet to be ported, but if this is the only hang-up, skip it for now and get some eary adopters playing with it.most of us can read C# so VB documentation is not hugely needed, just a few quick samples in the SDK.Please help, the company I work for could have soo many applications for this tech, but we are commited to VB for it's ease of use and it's natural synthax for reading.

Error Message: "This server version is not supported. Only servers up to Microsoft SQL 2005 are supported VB.NET" I am using VB.NET 2008 and attempting to connect to SQL Server 2008 with XP as the operating system. I have service pack 1 installed in Visual Studio but this error message presists. The articles I have read on this error said to install sp1 as a solution but I have done that and the error persists. FYI, the error does not occur when I am using code to connect to SQL Server but when I attempt to connect using one of the designer wizards this error occure.

1. Is it possible to fitler with MSDN DExplorer or any other tools the Classes supported only in .NET Framework 1.0, or 1.1 or 2.0? I know with MSDN DExplorer when you click on any class there's an info tab with supported .NET Framework versions. But I want to filter all classes supported in .NET Framework 1.1. for example.
2. Is it correct to say that .NET Framework versions are only upgradable (addition) with new Classes and functions but and all Classes for example supported in 1.1. are also supported in 2.0 and also supported in 3.5. For example are there any obsolete (removed) classes or functions supported in previous but not in later version of .NET Framework?
I read some statements of Microsoft in their msdn site articles that everything supported in previous framework is supported in the next, like there are backward and also forward compatabilities. This is not quite my question, my 2nd question is do you know exactly which classes / functions are changed or deleted, if there are such? I know there are new, but are there changed or deleted?

A client used to work on a desktop application which i have developed a while ago. Recently, his computer got 're-imaged' by the IT department. On a client's computer I get error 80004002 - No such interface supported.
I am using Vb.Net 2010 to open an Access 2007 database. On my computer the connection works perfectly so it cannot be my coding or it would not work at all. On the client's computer I unstalled a version of my program that was working and installed the latest version of and the error started.

My app fails at this line of code:

My connection string is: [Code]. I googled this problem and the solution for it was having a malformed connection string where the "provider" was being specified when it shouldn't have. Example conn string: [Code]. I'm not specifying the Provider so I think I have a different problem.

I've downloaded the MSDN "101 VB Samples" from the MS site and I'm getting an error that reads "The project type is not supported by this installation". I can open the other files that I've tried (about a dozen in other folders), so I'm wondering if it is something specific with the VSTO files, or something about my VB setup.
I thought at first it was a problem with the path where the file is sitting, but even moving it from C:Documents and Settings[my name]My DocumentsMSDN to C: didn't work...Edit: I have also tried opening in notepad and converting the file to UTF-8, changing the File Association from MS Visual Studio version selector to devenv.exe, and running devenv /setup at the command prompt, all with no luck (all these ideas were found through Googling the error message....).

I have just created a new Extensibility Addin for Visual Basic using VS2005 Professional. I have tried to find the sdk ('Windows Software Development Kit') mentioned in the 'GIF Encoder and Decoder Sample', but there are so many SDKs I can't find the one I need. I am using visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition on Windows XP. The language I program in is VB. Can someone point me to the right SDKs for the sample and OS and VS version?

im new to vb.net 2003 but have used vb 6 for years and dabbled with 2005. A program that would usually take me a few hours to make i am on day 5, 4 and a half of which have been trying different ways to get it to update, and not one of them will post the information back to the SQL 2000 database I am actually going insaine.
The best i can get out of it is this error. "Dynamic SQL generation for the UpdateCommand is not supported against a SelectCommand that does not return any key column information" I have googled it and come up with the fact the primary key isnt set right, but i still cant get that to work. Problem: A 2 year old solution made in VS2010 with vb .net 2.0. We are going to convert it on 4.0. So, the question is how? On a C# solution is quite simple since there is the compile tab where you can change the target framework, but here on vb net i can't find it.
